Abstract: A transfer film has a temporary support and a photosensitive composition layer, in which the photosensitive composition layer includes a photopolymerization initiator, an alkali-soluble resin, and a polymerizable compound, the photopolymerization initiator includes a first photopolymerization initiator and a second photopolymerization initiator, a molar absorption coefficient ε1 of the first photopolymerization initiator at a wavelength of 365 nm is 500 L/mol·cm or more, and a ratio of a molar absorption coefficient ε2 of the second photopolymerization initiator at a wavelength of 365 nm to a molar absorption coefficient ε3 of the second photopolymerization initiator at a wavelength of 313 nm is 0.200 or less.

Abstract: A transfer film including, on a temporary support, a first transparent layer including at least a polymerizable monomer and a resin, a second transparent layer including at least metal oxide particles and a resin and having an average thickness of less than 200 nm, and a third transparent layer having an average thickness that is smaller than the average thickness of the second transparent layer sequentially from a temporary support side, and application thereof. The third transparent layer has a percentage of metal atoms in all atoms in the layer which is smaller than a percentage of metal atoms in all atoms in the second transparent layer, or a percentage of metal atoms in all atoms of 2% or less in a 300 μm×300 μm area in the case of being measured from an outermost surface opposite to a surface in contact with the second transparent layer using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.

Abstract: A polyester film has excellent resistance to hydrolysis, excellent heat resistance in high temperatures and low humidity, and mechanical strength. The polyester film satisfies a stress heat resistant coefficient f(125)≧3 and a wet thermo retention (=100×S(120)/S(0)) of 30% or more. f(125) is a value obtained by substituting t=125° C. in an approximation represented by f(t); t represents a temperature (° C.) at thermo processing; f(t) represents a stress heat resistant coefficient f at the thermo temperature t and represents an approximation to a straight line obtained by linear approximation by a least squares method of values plotted from a relationship between the thermo temperature t and a logarithm (log T(t)) of time T at which a rupture stress is 50% when t is 150° C., 160° C., 170° C., or 180° C.; T(t) is a time (hr) at which the maximum stress in a tensile test after thermo processing at t° C. and 0% RH is 50% of the maximum stress in a tensile test before thermo processing; S(120) is breaking elongation (%) after aging for 100 hours at 120° C. and 100% RH, and S(0) represents a breaking elongation (%) before aging.
