Abstract: A transfer film includes a temporary support; and a photosensitive layer, in which the photosensitive layer includes a polymer A containing a constitutional unit represented by Formula A1, a constitutional unit derived from a monomer having an alicyclic structure, and a constitutional unit having a radically polymerizable group, a radically polymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator, a content of the constitutional unit represented by Formula A1 is 10% by mass or more with respect to a total mass of the polymer A, a content of the constitutional unit derived from the monomer having the alicyclic structure is 15% by mass or more with respect to a total mass of the polymer A, and a glass transition temperature of a homopolymer of the monomer having the alicyclic structure is 120° C. or higher.

Abstract: A transfer film including, on a temporary support, a first transparent layer including at least a polymerizable monomer and a resin, a second transparent layer including at least metal oxide particles and a resin and having an average thickness of less than 200 nm, and a third transparent layer having an average thickness that is smaller than the average thickness of the second transparent layer sequentially from a temporary support side, and application thereof. The third transparent layer has a percentage of metal atoms in all atoms in the layer which is smaller than a percentage of metal atoms in all atoms in the second transparent layer, or a percentage of metal atoms in all atoms of 2% or less in a 300 μm×300 μm area in the case of being measured from an outermost surface opposite to a surface in contact with the second transparent layer using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.

Abstract: Provided is a manufacturing method of a touch panel, including: a step of preparing a substrate for a touch panel having a structure in which an electrode and a wiring are disposed on the substrate; a step of providing a photosensitive layer including a specific azole compound on a surface of the substrate for a touch panel where the wiring is disposed; a step of performing pattern-exposing on the photosensitive layer; a step of developing the pattern-exposed photosensitive layer to form a protective layer including an opening for exposing a part of the wiring; a step of providing a colored layer which extends over the protective layer and the wiring exposed to the opening; and a step of performing pattern-exposing and development on the colored layer to form a colored pattern on the protective layer and expose the wiring to the opening.
