    摘要: A number of immunologically active agents are described, including an isolated protein or polypeptide that includes the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, immunogenic conjugates containing either the protein or polypeptide, a full-length Pneumocystis kexin, or a full length Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumococcal surface protein A (PspA), antibodies recognizing the protein or polypeptide or the immunogenic conjugates (particularly the epitope of SEQ ID NO: 1), and nucleic acid molecules that encode the protein or polypeptide, as well as DNA constructs, expression vectors, and host cells that contain the nucleic acid molecules. Disclosed uses of the antibodies, immunogenic conjugates, and DNA constructs include inducing passive or active immunity to treat or prevent pathogen infections, particularly by a Pneumocystis organism, in a patient.

    摘要: A disc storage container has a container body with a base and a lid. The lid is movable between open and closed positions with respect to the base. The base has a nest and a peripheral wall that cooperate to define a slot disposed between the portion of the nest adjacent to the peripheral wall. A disc-holding page having a rim is pivotably connected to the container body. A portion of the rim is disposed in the slot when the lid is closed with respect to the base to enclose the disc-holding page within the container. The multiple disc hub configuration for the page includes alternating disc retaining fingers projecting from opposite sides of the base wall of the page.

    摘要: A media storage container has a base and lid with a hub disposed on each of the base and lid. The hubs overlap each other when the lid is closed so that the overall height of the media storage container may be reduced. In one configuration, the hubs engage each other to stabilize the media storage container when the lid is closed. In one configuration, each hub includes a pair of positioning fingers disposed between retaining fingers. The positioning fingers have a height less than the height of the retaining fingers and do not snap over the top of the media disc when the media disc is disposed on the hub. Each positioning finger includes an upper arm that may engage the upper arm of the retaining finger when the lid is closed to help hold the discs on the hubs.

    摘要: The present invention provides a media storage case that is configured to resiliently hold up to six media discs on a single hub. In one construction, a first panel and a second panel are joined by a hinge and configured to securely hold up to six media discs on a common hub through transit and distribution, using a cantilevered disc retention finger and/or a spine disc retention fin. The media storage case can hold multiple media discs and accompanying literature, while having a minimized case thickness.

    摘要: A lockable media storage container includes a lock disposed within the lock reception cavity defined by the container. The lock may be moved from a locked position to an unlocked position while remaining disposed within the lock reception cavity. In one embodiment, the lock that locks itself in the unlocked position so that it cannot accidently move back into the locked position. The lock includes a plurality of lock hooks extending from a common lock frame. A lock finger also extends from the common lock frame. The lock finger holds the lock in the locked position. A magnetic key is used to unlock the lock and move the lock slide to the unlocked position.
