    摘要: A polypeptide is provided, which has a binding affinity for HER2 and which is related to a domain of staphylococcal protein A (SPA) in that the sequence of the polypeptide corresponds to the sequence of the SPA domain having from 1 to about 20 substitution mutations. Nucleic acid encoding the polypeptide, as well as expression vector and host cell for expressing the nucleic acid, are also provided. Also provided is the use of such a polypeptide as a medicament, and as a targeting agent for directing substances conjugated thereto to cells overexpressing HER2. Methods, and kits for performing the methods, are also provided, which methods and kits rely on the binding of the polypeptide to HER2.

    摘要: A device (1, 10) and method for the production of cooled coffee are provided. The device has a brewing unit (4) for the production of coffee, a cooling assembly (11) and a coffee cooler (14) formed as a heat exchanger. The coffee cooler (14) has at least one first and one second flow path that are connected thermally but not in a fluid-conducting manner. A coolant can flow through the first flow path and the second flow path is connected in a fluid-conducting manner with a coffee outlet (5) of the brewing unit (4). The device also has a fresh-water supply (2) and a fresh-water cooler (13) formed as an additional heat exchanger. The fresh-water cooler (13) has at least one first and one second flow path that are connected thermally but not in a fluid conducting manner and the fresh-water supply (2) is connected in a fluid-conducting manner downstream with the second flow path of the fresh-water cooler (13), further downstream with the first flow path of the coffee cooler (14), and further downstream with the brewing unit (4) and the first flow path of the fresh-water cooler (13) is connected in a fluid-conducting manner with a coolant circuit of the cooling assembly.

    摘要: A method for directly converting wind energy into electrical energy is provided. An air stream is ionized and then routed through the electrical field of a collection electrode providing an opposing field for the air ions. The ions are collected on a collection electrode. The electrical potential of the collection electrode is higher than the ionizer, and discharged. A counter-electrode in front of the collection electrode has an electrical potential higher than the collection electrode. Ionized air molecules overcome the electrical field emanating from the counter-electrode via wind power. An apparatus for carrying out the method is provided. An optional retaining electrode, located in front of the ionizer electrode, drives ionized air in the counter-electrode and collection electrode direction. The apparatus is expediently located in a flow channel, with inlet and outlet electrodes at respective ends. A plurality of flow channels combine to form a flow generation module.
