Abstract: A lever-operated actuation device for a brake or clutch may have a pump body housing a hydraulic pump provided with a float and a hub rotatably associated with the pump body around a lever pin defining a rotation axis, the hub being associated with a tip operatively connected to the float for its actuation. The pump body may have a pair of fixing ears provided with fixing holes for the lever pin, the lever pin rotatably supporting an associable lever assembly. The lever assembly may have a manual actuation lever and a lever guide suitable to actuate the tip via the hub. The actuation device may have a retention device that keep the hub joined to the pump body, following the removal of the lever pin and the lever assembly for its disassembly/replacement.

Abstract: A valve assembly for a braking system having a master cylinder side opening, at least one caliper side opening, and at least one valve pipe, connecting the master cylinder side opening and the caliper side opening. A shutter element has a shutter body movable with respect to the valve body. When the shutter body is in a valve closing position, it interrupts a at least one main fluid passage and defines a master cylinder side pipe stretch facing a master cylinder side opening and a caliper side pipe stretch facing a caliper side opening in the valve pipe. The shutter body at least partially delimits at least one secondary fluid passage, so that, when the shutter body is in a valve closing position, the master cylinder side pipe stretch is in fluid communication with the caliper side pipe stretch only through the secondary fluid passage.

Abstract: A lever device for hydraulically actuating the brake or clutch of a vehicle equipped with a handlebar may have a pump assembly with a pump body connected to the handlebar of a vehicle. The pump body may have a cavity, a piston operatively associated with the pump body so as to be adapted to slide inside the cavity along a direction of thrust (X-X). The lever device may have a control lever assembly rotatably associated with the pump body so as to rotate about a pivot axis (Y-Y), the control lever assembly may have at least one control level. The piston defines a stroke free play between an end position and a first operating position. The lever device may have a stroke free play adjustment device which is adapted to adjust the distance along the direction of thrust (X-X) between the end position and the first operating position.
