    摘要: An electromagnetically actuated valve of a hydraulic unit is received in pressure-tight fashion and mounted without complicated adjustment of the valve stroke. The valve comprises a hydraulic part and an electrical part. The hydraulic part is a pre-mounted unit with a stroke of a seat valve set before insertion into a receiving bore of a metal valve block. The hydraulic part is received in pressure-tight fashion in the valve block by a first swaged connection located between an inlet conduit and an outlet conduit of the receiving bore. A sealing ring that closes off the receiving bore is retained by a radially extending flange of a bushing slipped onto the hydraulic part. The flange is secured to the valve block by a second swaged connection. The hydraulic unit is usable for traction-controlled motor vehicle brake systems.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable valve for hydraulic control devices in motor vehicles is embodied as a pressure-equalized seat valve in a mode of construction comprising a hydraulic part with a valve dome and an electrical part that can be slipped onto the valve dome. In a magnet valve that is normally open, the tubular tappet that supports the closing member is supported at one point in a first bearing point, in terms of the longitudinal direction, that is embodied as a slide bearing, and a bearing ring that forms the sealing point accomplishes the hydraulic pressure equilibrium with the effective sealing diameter of the closing member that together with the valve seat forms the second bearing point. With the valve, very short switching times, in particular less than 0.5 ms, can be achieved with an economical mode of construction.

    摘要: Multiposition valves are used for instance to interrupt a flow of pressure fluid that begins at a pressure source, such as a master cylinder, and leads to a consumer, such as a wheel brake. To that end, such multiposition valves have a valve seat, a valve seat closing body, an electromagnet which presses the valve closing body against the valve seat, and a valve opening spring, so that when the electromagnet is turned off, the valve closing body assumes an outset position spaced apart from the valve seat. To reduce noise production, especially when power is supplied in pulsed fashion to the electromagnet a further spring is provided that urges the armature in the direction of its outset position, so that when the valve opens, the armature can lead ahead of the valve closing body. The valve is advantageously usable in a hydraulic vehicle brake system where irritating noise production during operation is to be avoided.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a high-pressure-tight connection between a pole core and a valve sleeve of a solenoid valve and to an associated valve cartridge for a solenoid valve. According to the invention, the pole core is placed in a two-part compression mold, which comprises a middle die and an outer die, in such a way that a joining gap is produced between an inner bore of the outer die and the placed-in pole core. Subsequently, the pole core is placed against the valve sleeve and the valve sleeve is inserted into the joining gap. Then, the middle die and the outer die are pressed simultaneously with the pole core such that the valve sleeve passes into the joining gap. When a pressed diameter of the pole core is reached, the valve sleeve expands and is shaped in the joining gap between a first shaping edge and a second shaping edge and is joined onto the pole core. The diameter of the inner bore tapers between the first shaping edge and the second shaping edge. Application of further force by the outer die allows the pole core to be pressed deeper into the valve sleeve, in order to carry out a desired stroke setting for the movement of an armature by performing the further shaping of the valve sleeve.
