    摘要： An injection device for injecting a preselectable dose of a liquid substance from an ampoule (2) with a stopper (12) located in an ampoule-holder (1) has a sleeve-shaped mechanism holder (3) mechanically linked to the stopper (12) and containing a sliding rod (4) which acts on the ampoule (2). The sliding rod (4) is surrounded by a sliding sleeve (5) mechanically coupled to the ampoule (2) and closed at its upper end by a lid (7). A dosing sleeve (13) is provided with a stepped member (13) arranged at the upper end of the mechanism holder (3) to preselect the dose of liquid substance to be injected. The dose to be administered can be adjusted by turning the dosing sleeve (6) provided with the stepped member (13).

    摘要： A device for an injection apparatus, including a dual-chamber injection cartridge. The cartridge includes a front end, a rear end, a front opening in the vicinity of a front end of the cartridge, a front chamber located in the vicinity of the front opening and including a drug freeze-dried in the front chamber, a rear chamber including a liquid component, a movable wall separating the front chamber and the rear chamber, a bypass for transferring the liquid component between the front chamber and the rear chamber, and a rear piston. The cartridge is slidably arranged within a cylindrical sleeve substantially the same length as the cartridge. A stopper is located in the vicinity of the front opening of the cartridge. The stopper is directed rearwardly coaxially with the cartridge, wherein as the sleeve is displaced rearwardly after the freeze-drying of the drug, the stopper enters the front opening of the cartridge to sealingly close the cartridge. An actuator for actuating the rear piston may be attached in the vicinity of the rear end of the cartridge.

    摘要： A medicine dispensing device including a slotted housing, a front end, a rear end, at least one threaded portion in the vicinity of the rear end, a dosage ampoule fitting in the vicinity of the front end and a discharge conduit for connection with a discharge ampoule. A hollow screw-threaded device receives the ampoule therein. The screw-threaded device is received by the rear end of the housing. The screw-threaded device includes an exterior surface provided with a threaded surface engaging the at least one threaded portion for securing the ampoule within the housing. A medicine discharge and metering device for metering and discharging the contents of the ampoule is received within the screw-threaded device and is movable in a direction of a longitudinal axis thereof. Subsequent to administering a dosage from the ampoule, the medicine discharge and metering device enables the ampoule to move rearwardly in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the housing to an extent sufficient to release the ampoule from engagement with the ampoule fitting. The ampoule, the screw-threaded device, and the discharge and metering device are thereby permitted to swing outwardly through the slotted housing, whereby the screw-threaded device is disengaged from the at least one threaded portion, thereby enabling the screw-threaded device and the discharging and metering device to move rearwardly and to return to a starting position within the housing where the screw-threaded device can receive a new ampoule through the housing.
