摘要: To provide an illumination device in which there is no variation in light intensity distribution of the illumination device, and in which illumination spots, particularly light intensity spots, are not prone to occur in a read image in an image reading device, by maintaining a constant gap between a light source and an end face of a light guide. The illumination device includes: a light guide having an end face for taking in light, a diffuse reflecting surface for diffusely reflecting the light taken in from the end face, and a light exit surface for emitting the light that is diffusely reflected at the diffuse reflecting surface towards an irradiation surface. The illumination device further include a reflector having a diffuse reflecting surface that reflects light from the light source toward the one end face of the light guide. The light guide has, at the one end, a flange portion that abuts the reflector, the light source is mounted to a circuit board, and the reflector is held between the flange portion of the light guide and circuit board so as to maintain a predetermined gap between the light source and light guide.

摘要: An LED light source device installed in an image reading apparatus, includes an LED that is a light-emitting source; and a light guide for reflecting light of the LED by an inner surface thereof to diffuse along a main scanning line direction and irradiating the light reflected by the light guide to a surface of a sheet. The light guide has a plurality of reflecting surface bodies spaced at predetermined pitches in the main scanning line direction inside an inner surface reflection optical path to reflect the light from the LED toward an outside along the main scanning line direction. The plurality of reflecting surface bodies includes a first reflecting surface body and a second reflecting surface body, and a length in a perpendicular direction to the main scanning line direction of the second reflecting surface body is different from that of the first reflecting surface body.

摘要: A gear transmission comprises a crankshaft that eccentrically rotates one of an internal gear and an external gear. A first gear is attached to one end of the crankshaft. A ring gear having internal teeth meshes with the first gear. An intermediate gear meshes with external teeth of the ring gear. A second gear is attached to one end of an output shaft of a motor and meshes with the intermediate gear. The motor and the crankshaft are positioned, relative to the intermediate gear, on the same side in the axial direction of the gear transmission.

摘要: A switch circuit with a unit capable of improving a margin voltage without using a negative bias generation circuit is provided. A switch comprising an N-type MOSFET is used for a switch passing a signal to an antenna and a switch comprising a P-type MOSFET is used for a shunt switch grounding a signal. A common control signal is input to the gate terminal of the MOSFET constituting each switch. The inverted signal of this control signal is coupled to a ground terminal of the switch, and thus the potential of the gate terminal of each MOSFET can be set to the ground voltage.

摘要: A control apparatus includes the following elements. A toner density specifying unit specifies a toner density in a developer stored in a developing device. A toner density controller performs control such that the toner density approximates a predetermined toner density target value. A first calculator calculates a first value corresponding to an image density of an image to be output after a first timing. A correction amount specifying unit specifies a correction amount for the toner density target value at the first timing. When the condition that an absolute value of a difference between the first value and a second value is greater than a predetermined threshold is satisfied, the correction amount specifying unit specifies a smaller correction amount for the toner density target value, compared with when the condition is not satisfied. A correcting unit corrects the toner density target value on the basis of the correction amount.
