In some embodiments, the arrangement is a composition of a polymeric compound and a concentration of nano-silver particles. Methods of manufacturing a nano-silver infused polymeric compound are presented including: combining a colloidal nano-silver solution with a polymeric compound to form a pre-mix; concentrating the pre-mix to a desired concentration; discharging the pre-mix through a die such that a raw material is formed; drying the raw material at a first temperature; and combining the raw material with another polymeric compound to form the nano-silver infused polymeric compound to a desired concentration, the nano-silver infused polymeric compound suitably disposed for a molding process. In some embodiments, methods further include: after the concentrating the pre-mix, storing the pre-mix; and after the discharging the pre-mix, reducing the raw material to a desired size. In some embodiments, the colloidal nano-silver solution includes: a colloidal concentration of at least 10,000 ppm of nano-silver particles, the nano-silver particles having a diameter of less than 10 nm; and a colloidal solvent.

A folding mattress support system replaces both a conventional box spring and the bed frame with rails. The mattress support system is lighter, quieter and easier to transport, and also provides more storage space beneath the mattress. The mattress support system includes bed frame assemblies, central connecting bars, edge attachments and a bed skirt. Leg brackets fold out from the bed frame assemblies, which themselves unfold in the middle. Central connecting bars connect inner side edges of the bed frame assemblies. Plastic edge attachments are attached at outer corners of the bed frame assemblies and hold a bed skirt taught around the frame assemblies when the frame assemblies are standing on the extended leg brackets. A mattress is then placed on top of the assembled mattress support system. Optionally, metal edge attachments at the head corners of the mattress support system both hold the bed skirt and support a headboard.

The blood pressure monitoring apparatus and method are disclosed that can monitor a blood pressure of a subject using an electrocardiogram signal, a pulse wave signal and a body characteristic information of the subject, wherein the electrocardiogram signal and the pulse wave signal of the subject are monitored to remove a noise signal generated from monitoring of the pulse wave signal, allowing monitoring a precise blood pressure of the subject, and calculating the pulse wave analysis information using the monitored pulse wave signal, and using the electrocardiogram signal and the pulse wave signal to calculate a pulse transit time (PPT), and plugging a calculated pulse wave propagation time, pulse wave analysis information and body characteristic information of the subject into a predetermined regression equation to monitor the blood pressure.

The present invention relates to an improved method of packaging a innerspring mattress. Various embodiments include placing the mattress in a bag, compressing the mattress and bag, sealing the bag, then rolling the mattress and bag into a cylinder shaped roll. Other embodiments include securing the rolled mattress and bag with tape, then placing into a second bag for shipment and storage. An additional embodiment discloses a method of packaging a foam encased innerspring mattress.
