The activating electromagnet and the releasing electromagnet are constituted by a single electromagnet whose moving magnetic circuit is a pivoting pallet linked mechanically to the contact-holders of the poles and having a weak moment of inertia. An electric unit is provided for the rapid reduction of the magnetic flux, triggered by an electronic control device associated with the current sensor.

    摘要: An electronic protection device for providing thermal protection of a load by cutting off the multiphase supply of power to the load includes a thermal sensor having at least one resistive element thermally coupled to a temperature sensor connected to an electronic processor circuit. This circuit generates a command instruction in response to any overload detected by the temperature sensor. Each resistive element of the thermal sensor is fed with current by a current sensor on a phase wire supplying power to the load.

    摘要: Contactor-circuit breaker comprising a control electromagnet and a protection device both capable of acting on mobile contacts in response respectively to a deliberate control and to a detected electrical fault, through a multi-pole device. An electromagnetic tripping device (41) is added onto a contact control mechanism (40). The protection device (30), preferably interchangeable, is connected to the electromagnet (20) through a control line (33B) and to the control mechanism (40) through a trip line (33A) so that it outputs an electrical power supply to the electromagnet on the control line, and in the case of a fault, a trip signal on the trip line. The electromagnet (20) is of the DC type, and the protection device (30) adapts its power supply voltage.

    摘要: In a switching device, a method and device for determining the wear of the pole contacts (C1, C2, C3) actuated by an electromagnet (20) whose movement is controlled by an excitation coil (21) by the variation of a contact wear distance travel time (Tu) generated during an electromagnet closing movement, by measuring at least one electrical signal (Ip) representing the conducting state of at least one power pole, by measuring an excitation current (Is) passing through the coil (21) of the electromagnet and by comparing the electrical signal (Ip) and the excitation current (Is) as a function of time. The measured wear distance travel time (Tu) can then be compared with an initial travel time (Ti) stored in the switching device.

    摘要: A current sensor for an electrical device including a primary circuit in which a primary current flows. A magnetic circuit includes two identical U-shaped elements between which two studs for air gaps are located. A secondary circuit includes two similar coils of a cylindrical shape, mounted in series and encircling the air gaps, wherein these two coils are made in a continuous way with only one winding operation without any electrical connection between both coils. The winding of the primary circuit encircles one of the two coils. The sensor is designed so that it may be adapted to several nominal ranges of primary current by varying the number of passages of the primary circuit between coils, the number of windings of the secondary circuit, and the thickness of the air gaps.
