    摘要: A locking and ejecting apparatus includes a carriage for holding an electronic module having a connector therein, a sliding bracket slid in the carriage, a mating connector attached to the sliding bracket for connecting with the connector, a triggering portion formed on the sliding bracket, a push-push switch attached to the carriage, and a resilient member. Two actuated retaining pieces are formed on the push-push switch, and a trigger is set between the retaining pieces. When the sliding bracket is slid relative to the carriage, the resilient member is deformed and the trigger is triggered by the triggering portion, the retaining pieces are actuated to hold the triggering portion, the sliding bracket is locked in the carriage. When the trigger is triggered again, the retaining pieces are actuated to release the triggering portion, the sliding bracket is ejected out of the carriage by a restoring force of the resilient member.

    摘要: An exemplary cover assembly includes a bezel, and a spring-loaded cover. The bezel includes an opening, a pair of slots, and a pair of pins. The opening is defined in the bezel for accessing a device installed thereto. The slots are defined adjacent opposite ends of the opening respectively. The pins are formed adjacent the slots respectively. The spring-loaded cover covers the opening of the bezel, includes a pair of fixing plates formed thereon slidably received in the slots of the bezel. Each of the fixing plates defines an arcuate groove that slidably receives the corresponding pin of the bezel, where the cover is capable of being pivoted open and shut.

The method includes: judging whether a Transmit Power Control (TPC) symbol output by a receiver is an invalid symbol; when the TPC symbol is a valid symbol, judging whether polarities of in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) components of the valid symbol are opposite to each other; counting the number of invalid symbols, the number of valid symbols, and the number of valid symbols with opposite polarities; and estimating a Bit Error Rate (BER) according to the number of the invalid symbols, the number of the valid symbols, and the number of the valid symbols with the opposite polarities, and detecting the channel quality through the BER.

    摘要: An error-correction apparatus and method and a three-dimensional (3D) pointing device using the error-correction apparatus are provided. The error-correction apparatus includes a data-collection module which collects current data and calculates an actual variation in the current data; an estimation module which calculates an estimated data variation for the current data based on a number of data variations for respective corresponding previous data; a threshold-calculation module which calculates a variable threshold based on the data variations for the respective previous data; and a determination module which compares the difference between the actual data variation and the estimated data variation with the variable threshold and determines whether the current data is erroneous based on the result of the comparison.
