Abstract: Provided is a wireless communication method and device. Frequency-domain resource allocation and/or bandwidth part configuration is flexibly performed on a terminal device in conjunction with a synchronous signal block, and the performance of a communication system can be raised. The method comprises: a terminal device receives first information sent by a network device, the first information indicating a reference point; and according to the reference point, the terminal device determines a frequency-domain resource and/or bandwidth part configured by the network device for the terminal device.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of wireless communication are provided. The method by a user equipment (UE) includes determining, based on a signaling from a base station, a combination of a listen before talk (LBT) type, a cyclic prefix (CP) extension, and a channel access priority class (CAPC) for an uplink transmission to the base station. This can solve issues in the prior art, provide an indication of LBT related information for a UE, provide a method for indicating an LBT type, a length of a CP extension, and a CAPC in an uplink grant, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.

Abstract: Disclosed are a measuring method, a base station, and a terminal. The method comprises: a base station transmits to a terminal a switching message of a narrow bandwidth receiving mode, thus instructing the terminal to switch to a specified narrow bandwidth to receive information; when channel state information (CSI) of a downlink channel needs to be measured, the base station schedules the terminal to switch sequentially to at least two different measuring narrow bandwidths to measure a downlink reference signal, where the width of the narrow bandwidth and that of the at least two different measuring narrow bandwidths are less than the width of a system bandwidth. The employment of embodiments of the present invention allows the terminal to flexibly switch between the narrow bandwidth and the system bandwidth, reduces power consumption of the terminal, and implements the measurement of the CSI of the downlink channel at the same time.
