摘要:
The invention is related to an instrument for endoscopic surgery. The instrument comprises a casing 10, further comprises a sliding tube 16 which extends into the casing with its proximal end 20 and which is disposed longitudinally slidable with respect to the casing by means of an actuating mechanism 38, further comprises an electrode tube 18 which extends through the sliding tube 16, which extends into the casing with its proximal end and is axially lockable therein, and further comprises two isolated wire pieces 32 which extend through the inside of the electrode tube 18. The wire pieces 32 which are adapted to be subjected to a high frequency current comprise branches 30 which protrude over the electrode tube 18 and the sliding tube 16 at their distal end, which are spread apart from one another slanted in opposite directions, which are elastically bendable with respect to each other in a radial direction against a spring force acting in the direction of spreading during a movement of the sliding tube 16, and which carry isolated bending sections 48 and, at their free ends, metallic electrodes 56. In order to be able to mechanically cut as well as coagulate, in a bipolar manner, biological tissue with the instrument, it is proposed according to the invention that the electrodes 56 are formed to be cutting blades having cutting edges 54, which are adapted to be moved with respect to each other in a scissor-like fashion under the action of the sliding tube 16 on the bending sections 48.

Disclosed is a device for removing a prosthesis having a shaft engaged in a bone cavity. The device includes an elongated chisel blade having a cutting edge at its front end, and slidably disposed and longitudinally supported by a body and extending beyond a front face of the body. A driving-in member which, e.g., can be impacted by a hammer is removably coupled to the chisel blade and has an engaging pin attached thereto, the body having a free space for accepting this engaging pin, which engaging pin can extend through at least one engaging point in the chisel blade, so as to provide the chisel blade stably attached to the body while being easily removable therefrom. Various blades, of different thicknesses, can be utilized as part of the device. The body can have at least one circumferential rib to facilitate holding the device, and can have a handle extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction that the chisel blade extends. The driving-in member can include an impact collar, which can have an impact plate thereon, to be impacted by a hammer. Through use of the device of the present invention, a prosthesis can be removed simply and with little force, while causing as little trauma as possible.

The invention is related to an operating device for apparatus combinations of medical-technical system workplaces, especially for the minimal invasive surgery. The individual apparatus of the apparatus combination are connected to a computer (28) having a monitor (30) and driven by way of foot-actuated actuating members. In order to improve the usability and flexibility, an actuating member fashioned to be a foot roller (56) provides computer compatible signals, while at least one further actuating member is formed to be a foot switch (58,60) and can be assigned to one of the apparatus-specific functional elements software-controlled by the actuation of the foot roller (56). A switch assignment field (88,90) assigned to the foot switch (58,60) for the symbolic display of the functional element assigned to the foot switch (58,60) at that time is provided on the monitor (30).

An endoscope, in particular for applications in urology, has a hollow shaft (10), an optical viewing system (12) which can be inserted in the hollow shaft (10) and has a fiber-optic illumination system, an optical fiber (16) which can be introduced with the optical system (12) into the hollow shaft (10) and connected at its proximal end to an external laser source and is bent at its distal end away from the shaft axis. In order to allow irradiation of tissue lying closely packed around the hollow shaft, an indeformable holding tube (14) which is parallel to the optical system (12) and passes through the hollow shaft (10) is provided; this tube accommodates the optical fiber (16) and its distal end is bent at a fixed angle in relation to the shaft axis and accommodated entirely within the shaft cross-section. A spacer (36) with a radiation window (32) ensures that the tissue to be irradiated cannot lie next to the point (18) at which light emerges from the optical fiber (16).
