Abstract: A communication method, apparatus, and system are provided. Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a resource scheduling method and a related device, to configure a scheduled resource for a terminal device based on a dynamic analog beam determined by a network device, thereby increasing a throughput of the terminal device. The method in embodiments of this application includes: The network device determines, based on information about an SRS of each first terminal device, a set of second terminal devices from a set of first terminal devices and static analog beam information of each second terminal device in the set of second terminal devices. Then, the network device determines beam domain channel information based on the static analog beam information. Therefore, the network device determines dynamic analog beam information of each second terminal device based on the static analog beam information and the beam domain channel information.

Abstract: A measurement method, a terminal device, and a network device are described. The measurement operation includes sending a channel state information-reference signal CSI-RS measurement beam to a terminal device. The CSI-RS measurement beam is obtained by the network device by weighting a CSI-RS by using a beamforming weight, and the beamforming weight is used to perform beamforming on the CSI-RS. The measurement operation further includes receiving a rank indicator and a channel quality indicator that are determined based on the CSI-RS measurement beam. The measurement operation further includes weighting and transmitting a downlink channel based on the rank indicator and the channel quality indicator. The CSI-RS is weighted and transmitted by using the beamforming weight, to help improve accuracy of rank measurement, thereby improving a user throughput.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a radio resource scheduling method and apparatus. When a sending end receives a NACK message fed back by a receiving end, the method includes acquiring, by the sending end, data whose response message is the NACK message as data to be retransmitted, where the data to be retransmitted includes at least one transport block; and determining, by the sending end according to a RLC status report sent by the receiving end, whether the receiving end successfully receives each transport block of the data to be retransmitted. If all the transport blocks of the data to be retransmitted are successfully received, canceling retransmission of the data to be retransmitted; or if not all the transport blocks of the data to be retransmitted are successfully received, retransmitting a transport block that is in the data to be retransmitted and is not successfully received.

Abstract: This application provides a method for adjusting a half-power angle of an antenna, to adjust a maximum half-power angle or a maximum beam gain of an individual transceiver channel.
