    Abstract: A floor control method and apparatus are disclosed. In an embodiment a floor control method includes receiving, by a server over Long Term Evolution network, a first message sent by user equipment (UE), wherein the first message comprises a parameter indicating that an event type is a floor request, generating, by the server, a second message according to a floor control policy and the first message, wherein the second message comprises a parameter indicating that an event type is floor granted and sending, by the server, the second message to the UE, wherein the second message is used to instruct the UE to notify a user of the UE that a floor is granted.

    Abstract: An apparatus for transferring heat from a heat source to air, comprising a heat sink with a plurality of fins. A fin of the plurality of fins is configured as follows: the fin comprises a conduit arrangement for a heat-carrying fluid; in a boiling region of the fin, the conduit arrangement comprises a vapour guiding path; and in the boiling region, the conduit arrangement comprises one or more boiling chambers. Each of the one or more boiling chambers has an outer boundary. The respective boiling chamber is located within a chamber region defined by an imaginary quadrilateral having four sides and four vertices. By means of the arrangement and configuration of the boiling chambers and/or of the vapour guiding path, the heat transfer efficiency of the fin is improved.

The method includes receiving a response message of the second message sent by the UE, generating a first instruction message according to the response message of the second message, where the first instruction message is used to instruct a media resource function entity to perform uplink voice switching on a media plane, and sending the first instruction message to the media resource function entity.

    Abstract: A heat dissipation apparatus is provided, an electronic component is disposed on one side of an adjustable heat dissipation component, and a rotating shaft is disposed on another side of the adjustable heat dissipation component; and one end of a connecting component is connected to the adjustable heat dissipation component, another end of the connecting component is connected to a fixed substrate, and the connecting component drives the adjustable heat dissipation component to rotate by using the rotating shaft. The connecting component may be adjusted to rotate the electronic component together with the adjustable heat dissipation component, to reduce complexity in deploying the electronic component and the heat dissipation apparatus without affecting a heat dissipation effect, thereby improving convenience of operation.
