Embodiments of this disclosure provide a service processing method, a device, and a system. According to the embodiments of this application, the BMSC receives the service request message that carries the identification information and the service requirement information of the terminal device and that is sent by the service capability exposure function SCEF, and determines, based on the service request message, the service data transmission mode to be unicast transmission or multicast transmission, so that the BMSC can determine the transmission mode based on a service request, so as to properly configure a network resource and improve network resource utilization.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a video distribution method and a device. The method includes: receiving, by an SCEF, a first request message sent by a third-party server, where the first request message includes an MBMS capability negotiation parameter for video distribution, the MBMS capability negotiation parameter being requested by the third-party server; sending, by the SCEF, a second request message to an HSS according to the first request message, to request the HSS to expose an MBMS capability; sending, by the SCEF, a third request message to a broadcast multicast service center BM-SC after the SCEF receives a second response message returned by the HSS when the HSS determines to allow the exposure of the MBMS capability, to request to obtain MBMS capability information exposed by the BM-SC; and sending the MBMS capability information obtained from the BM-SC to the third-party server.

Embodiments of the present application disclose a streaming media processing method, comprising: acquiring, by a proxy server, control information and a first attribute file of requested streaming media according to a streaming media request of a terminal; modifying, by the proxy server, the first attribute file according to the control information to generate a second attribute file of new streaming media; and returning, by the proxy server, the second attribute file to the terminal, and controlling, according to the second attribute file, the terminal to play the new streaming media. The present application further discloses an apparatus and a system. The present application can provide an advertisement value-added service for an HTTP service operator, ensure that a user smoothly browses streaming media, and provide a user-friendly advertisement service for the user.

According to a method and apparatus for controlling data transmission in a wireless communications network, a service quality request message is sent to a PCRF when a data request message of a terminal is received; and the PCRF queries a current network status, so as to determine a processing instruction for a data request message of the terminal according to the current network status and the data request message, and process the data request message of the terminal according to the processing instruction. Therefore, processing on the data request message of the terminal not only depends on a parameter carried in the data request message of the terminal, but also uses the current network status as a constraint condition, so that a processing manner for the data request message can be adaptive to a real-time change of the wireless communications network.

A method for processing a service connection between a user terminal and a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) is provided. A WLAN interactive network includes at least a WLAN user terminal, a WLAN access unit, a service control unit and a user information storage unit. The method includes setting flags that represent the attached or detached status of the service connection between the user terminal and the WLAN in the WLAN user terminal and the service control unit respectively; and establishing or canceling the connection between the user terminal and the network through the interaction between the WLAN user terminal and the WLAN, meanwhile modifying the corresponding flags.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an RTP packet transmission method and apparatus. A GCS AS or a BM-SC provides synchronization source information of the GCS AS and synchronization source information of the BM-SC for UE, so that the UE can continuously receive RTP packets. On one hand, the GCS AS (or the BM-SC) may provide the synchronization source information of the GCS AS (or the synchronization source information of the BM-SC) for the UE by sending an RTP packet. On the other hand, the GCS AS (or the BM-SC) further provides the synchronization source information of the BM-SC (or the synchronization source information of the GCS AS) for the UE. Therefore, when being in a unicast (multicast) transmission mode, the UE can obtain both of the synchronization source information of the GCS AS and the synchronization source information of the BM-SC.

The method in the present application includes: sending a query request to a policy and charging rules function unit PCRF according to a video request sent by user equipment UE; receiving indication information sent by the PCRF; acquiring, when network status information of a cell does not meet a network condition required by the video request service sent by the UE, a providing condition of a video file according to the video request; sending an acknowledgement message to the UE; receiving a second video request sent by the UE; and performing an operation corresponding to the providing condition of the video file, and forwarding, by using an established dedicated bearer, a video file corresponding to the second video request to the UE.

The terminal obtains, based on the network service identifier, the network slice type identifier corresponding to a service identifier, and then accesses the network slice based on the access mode corresponding to the network slice type, thereby avoiding unavailability of the service caused by a failure to correctly access the network slice and improving service quality.
