摘要: An oil temperature increasing system and method for an eco-friendly vehicle includes: an oil-temperature detector configured to detect a temperature of oil flowing to a motor and a transmission by an electric oil pump; and a controller configured to receive a detection signal of the oil-temperature detector, and apply a current for increasing temperature to the motor when the oil temperature is less than a predetermined reference temperature. A temperature of the motor is increased by the current applied to the motor, such that the oil temperature is increased by heat of the motor.

摘要: A motor structure for varying a counter electromotive force is provided. The motor structure includes a rotor that is fixed annularly and concentrically to a radially outside from an exterior circumferential surface of a shaft of an electric motor and has a permanent magnet, and a stator that has coils positioned on the interior side of a motor housing and on the concentrically exterior side with the permanent magnet of the rotor. Further, the coils are positioned spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals. A drive unit moves the stator in the axial direction of the shaft to vary the interlinkage flux, by varying an area that the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet of the rotor passes through the coils of the stator.

The charging system includes a DC power supply that is configured to store or output DC power and a motor that is configured to drive the electric vehicle. An inverter drives the motor based on a flow of current and an AC power supply outputs the AC power. Additionally, a charging relay is configured to perform a switching operation to supply DC power output from the inverter to the DC power supply and an input relay is configured to perform the switching operation to supply the AC power to the inverter.

摘要: A method for controlling an on-board charger (OBC) of an eco-friendly vehicle can widen the range of an AC input power frequency at which the charging operation of the OBC is possible without increasing the capacity of a power factor correction (PFC) capacitor. According to the method, an increase in output voltage ripple of the PFC capacitor is suppressed by sensing an AC input voltage frequency and then performing variable control of decreasing output power of the OBC based on the sensed frequency, i.e., a variable control of decreasing the output power of the OBC as the AC input voltage frequency decreases, so that the range of the AC input power frequency at which the charging operation of the OBC is possible can be extended without increasing the capacity of a PFC power element.
