    摘要: A supplementary charging system for an auxiliary battery of an eco-friendly vehicle includes: a main battery; an auxiliary battery having a voltage lower than a voltage of the main battery; a low voltage DC-DC converter (LDC) stepping down the voltage of the main battery and providing the stepped-down voltage to the auxiliary battery; and a controller configured to select, when a periodic charge time of the auxiliary battery arrives, either a constant voltage charging method or a constant current charging method as a charging method based on an aging state of the auxiliary battery, and control the LDC to charge the auxiliary battery with a constant voltage or a constant current based on the selected charging method for a predetermined reference time. The controller terminates the charging when a cumulative charge current amount is greater than or equal to a predetermined reference cumulative charge current amount.

    摘要: A motor structure for varying a counter electromotive force is provided. The motor structure includes a rotor that is fixed annularly and concentrically to a radially outside from an exterior circumferential surface of a shaft of an electric motor and has a permanent magnet, and a stator that has coils positioned on the interior side of a motor housing and on the concentrically exterior side with the permanent magnet of the rotor. Further, the coils are positioned spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals. A drive unit moves the stator in the axial direction of the shaft to vary the interlinkage flux, by varying an area that the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet of the rotor passes through the coils of the stator.

    摘要: A plug-in vehicle capable of wired-charging a battery through a charging connector using an external charger and a method for controlling the same are provided. The method for controlling charging of a vehicle configured to perform a charging operation using external power includes determining whether a refrigerant circulation device operates normally and the amount of refrigerant is normal when a temperature sensor of a charger malfunctions. When the refrigerant circulation device operates normally and the amount of refrigerant is normal, a temperature of the charger is estimated using a temperature of a heat dissipation device through which the refrigerant passes and the output of the charger is adjusted based on the estimated temperature.

    摘要: A system and method are arranged to control a low voltage DC converter of a fuel cell vehicle, in which, although a CAN communication timeout where the low voltage DC converter does not receive an off command from a vehicle control unit or a CAN communication failure occurs, when an output current of the low voltage DC converter is lowered by at least a predetermined value, the low voltage DC converter is turned off by itself by determining that a post-treatment operation of a fuel cell system is completed, and after the low voltage DC converter is turned off, a relay of a high voltage battery is opened, thereby preventing the relay of the high voltage battery from fusing.
