Herein, a method of monitoring, by a vehicle, a driver include: receiving a test message from a management center under a first situation (first state); and reporting to the driver of the vehicle the received test message under the first situation. Herein, when the vehicle is under a predetermined second situation, reporting the test message may be suspended, and a message informing of the second situation may be automatically transmitted to the management center.
