摘要: A vehicle headliner is equipped with an air vent system, which includes a vent base member having a surface which faces a roof panel and on which a roof duct is mounted. The vent base member has multiple vent holes so that a fluid is sprayed toward a vehicle interior. A breathable surface layer is mounted on a surface of the vent base member which is exposed to the vehicle interior. The vent base member may include a polyurethane foam, fiberglass mats, which are attached to both surfaces of the polyurethane foam by glue, respectively, and non-woven fabrics, which are attached through hot melt films to surfaces of the fiberglass mats, respectively, which are opposite to the surfaces attached to the polyurethane foam.

摘要: A method of mounting a cable on a headliner and a headliner used therefor, that are capable of simplifying an attachment process by attaching the cable to the headliner using an attaching cloth, and preventing the attached cable from being easily separated from the headliner and securely fixing the cable to reduce generation of noises. The method is capable of easily recognizing a cable mounting position and arbitrarily adjusting the cable mounting position to a width of an attaching cloth. A worker may easily perform an assembly process by attaching the cable using the attaching cloth, separating an incorrectly attached cable and then attaching the cable thereto again.The attaching cloth may be at a mounting position of a headliner opposite to a roof panel and at which a cable is mounted, and at an outer circumferential surface of the cable, respectively.

摘要: A vehicle headliner material includes a stiffening layer for reinforcing each side of a thermoplastic resin layer so that the material satisfies required bending stiffness while having lighter weight and thus can prevent safety accidents that may occur due to increasing of headliner material weight. In particular, by using a glass mat, with a thermoplastic resin sheet on each side thereof, that constitutes a part of each stiffening layer to reinforce structural stiffness of the material, the vehicle headliner material has improved formability, improved flexural strength, and direct adhesion without an additional adhesive or the like. Also, by not using polyurethane foam to prepare the vehicle headliner material, problems such as generation of dust derived from processing polyurethane foam into sheets can be eliminated, and safe and pleasant working environments can be provided for workers.

摘要: A headlining having a heat shielding function for a vehicle and a manufacturing method for producing the headlining, in which a heat shielding layer having a heat shielding effect is stacked on a polyurethane foam sheet as a substrate having an excellent insulating effect and integrally formed therewith to prevent heat from being transferred to an inside of the vehicle through a roof panel occupying a wide portion exposed to an outside of the vehicle. In so doing, it is possible to create comfortable indoor environment of the vehicle even in hot summertime, to restrict an increase in an internal temperature of the vehicle and thus to reduce an operation time of an air conditioner and to enhance fuel efficiency of the vehicle.

摘要: A headlining having a heat shielding function for a vehicle and a manufacturing method for producing the headlining, where a complex layer formed of glass fiber and polypropylene is manufactured among various layers forming the headlining having a multilayered structure, and a hot melt film containing a heat shielding material is further provided on at least one of both surfaces of the complex layer to shield heat by the headlining. In so doing, the headlining is capable of reducing an internal temperature of the vehicle even in the summertime, and thus an operation time of an air conditioner is reduced, and fuel efficiency of the vehicle is increased. The headlining also has a heat shielding function for a vehicle, in which carbon nanotubes as the heat shielding material are used to provide the heat shielding and weight lighting effects and also to simultaneously improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle.

摘要: A vehicle headliner material includes a stiffening layer to prevent moisture penetration by reinforcing each side of a synthetic fiber layer. In this way, the synthetic fibers can be prevented from holding moisture, and thus safety accidents that may be caused by increased weight of the headliner material or permanent deforming of the headliner due to the headliner material that repeats holding and releasing moisture can be prevented. The vehicle headliner material is provided with improved formability, improved flexural strength, enhanced structural stiffness, and direct adhesion without an additional adhesive by including a synthetic resin in the synthetic fiber layer along with synthetic fibers and using a glass mat and thermoplastic resin sheets as constituent materials of each stiffening layer.
