摘要: A mounting structure of a thermal management module for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: front side members extending along a length direction of a vehicle and disposed on left and right sides of the vehicle, respectively, in a width direction of the vehicle; a dash reinforcement crossmember extending along the width direction of the vehicle and coupled to rear ends of the front side members on the left and right sides based on a front and rear direction of the vehicle; a crossmember dividing a space formed by the front side members into two spaces in the front and rear direction of the vehicle; and at least one mounting bracket, on which the thermal management module is mounted, configured to mount the thermal management module in one of the two spaces divided by the crossmember.

摘要: A thermal management system for a vehicle includes: a cooling apparatus including a radiator, a first water pump, and a first valve that are connected by a coolant line and recirculating a coolant in the coolant line so as to cool at least one electrical component provided on the coolant line, a first connection line selectively connected to the coolant line through the first valve, a second connection line selectively connected to the first connection line through the second valve, and a heater provided on the second connection line, wherein the first connection line is provided with a condenser included in an air conditioner device, and the heater is provided inside an HVAC module included in the air conditioner device.

摘要: An embodiment water supply module includes a reservoir tank partitioned to accommodate a first coolant and a second coolant having different temperatures. A heat exchanger is coupled to the reservoir tank and includes a first coolant passage and a second coolant passage through which the first coolant and the second coolant flow and a refrigerant passage capable of exchanging heat with the first coolant passage and the second coolant passage. 摘要: A heat pump system includes a cooling apparatus in which a coolant is circulated, a compressor to compress a refrigerant, a condenser connected to the compressor through a refrigerant line and configured to condense the refrigerant by heat-exchanging with the refrigerant and the coolant, an evaporator connected to the condenser through the refrigerant line and configured to evaporate the refrigerant by heat-exchanging with the refrigerant and the coolant, a gas injection device provided in the refrigerant line between the condenser and the evaporator and configured to selectively expand and flow the refrigerant and selectively supply some of the refrigerant to the compressor, a refrigerant connection line including a first end connected to the refrigerant line and a second end connected to the gas injection device between the compressor and the evaporator, and a chiller in the refrigerant connection line for adjusting a temperature of the coolant by heat-exchange.

摘要: A thermal energy module includes a housing having an open first surface and is filled with a refrigerant. Partition walls partition an interior of the housing into a compressing part, a condensing part, and an evaporating part. A compressor is provided in the compressing part. A first heat-exchanger is provided in the condensing part and configured to condense a compressed refrigerant supplied from the compressor by heat-exchange with a coolant. An expansion valve is configured to expand a refrigerant supplied from the condensing part to be supplied to the evaporating part. A second heat-exchanger is provided in the evaporating part and configured to heat-exchange a refrigerant supplied from the expansion valve with the coolant drawn into the interior of the housing to evaporate. A cover mounted on the open first surface of the housing closes and seals the interior of the housing.
