摘要: An embodiment thermal management system of a vehicle includes an air supply device that draws and supplies ambient air. An air cycle apparatus connected to the air supply device that compresses or expands the air to be changed to a high or low temperature air. An air distribution device is connected to the air cycle apparatus and a cabin room connected to the air distribution device that receives the high or low temperature air. A first heat-exchanger connected to the air cycle apparatus performs heat-exchange on the high temperature air and a second heat-exchanger connected to the first heat-exchanger and the air cycle apparatus performs heat-exchange on the air. The second heat-exchanger and the air distribution device are selectively connected and the air having heat-exchanged while passing through the second heat-exchanger is selectively supplied to the air distribution device.

The air conditioner unit further includes a second expansion valve, a first valve, a second valve, a second connection line, a third connection line, and a fourth connection line.

The third coolant line is installed so as to connect the first flow control device and the second flow control device to each other.

摘要: A heat pump system for a vehicle, capable of heating up or cooling a battery module by use of a single chiller in which a refrigerant and a coolant exchange heat, simplifying the system, includes: first and second cooling apparatuses; and a battery module, wherein a main heat exchanger provided in an air conditioning apparatus is connected to each of the first and second coolant lines to enable the coolants circulating in the first and second cooling apparatuses to pass therethrough, and a refrigerant passing through the main heat exchanger is selectively condensed or evaporated depending on a vehicle mode through mutual heat exchange with the coolant supplied from one of the first coolant line and the second coolant line, or the coolants supplied through the first and second coolant lines, respectively.

摘要: A battery cooling system control method for a vehicle includes a process (A) of measuring by a controller a temperature of a battery based on data detected from a data detector while the vehicle is driving, determining by the controller whether the measured battery temperature is higher than a preset target temperature, and if a condition is not satisfied, cooling the battery using a coolant cooled in a radiator, and a process (B) of, if it is determined through the process (A) that the temperature of the battery is higher than the target temperature (i.e., if the condition is satisfied), operating an air conditioner to cool the battery using a coolant heat-exchanged with a refrigerant while passing through a chiller, and terminating control.

摘要: A cooling system for a vehicle includes a cooling apparatus including a radiator and a first water pump connected by a coolant line and circulating a coolant to the coolant line, a battery module provided on a battery coolant line selectively connected to the coolant line through a first valve, and a first chiller provided on the battery coolant line between the first valve and the battery coolant line. The first chiller is connected to a refrigerant line of the air-conditioning apparatus and is configured to heat-exchange the selective inflowed coolant with the refrigerant supplied from the air-conditioning apparatus to adjust a temperature of the coolant. The cooling system further includes an automatic driving controller connected to the coolant line so that the coolant is circulated inside, wherein the battery module or the automatic driving controller is cooled selectively by at least one cooling mode.

摘要: Provided is a vehicle thermal management system, including: an HVAC subsystem thermally connected to a passenger compartment; and a powertrain cooling subsystem thermally connected to a powertrain component. The HVAC subsystem includes a compressor, an interior condenser disposed on the downstream side of the compressor, a heating-side expansion valve disposed on the downstream side of the interior condenser, an exterior heat exchanger disposed on the downstream side of the heating-side expansion valve, a first distribution conduit extending from a downstream point of the heating-side expansion valve to an upstream point of the compressor, a water-cooled heat exchanger disposed on the first distribution conduit, a first control valve disposed on the upstream side of the exterior heat exchanger, a second control valve disposed on the first distribution conduit, a third control valve disposed on the downstream side of the exterior heat exchanger, a cooling-side expansion valve disposed on the downstream side of the third control valve, and an evaporator disposed on the downstream side of the cooling-side expansion valve. The water-cooled heat exchanger transfers heat between the first distribution conduit and the powertrain cooling subsystem.
