摘要: Disclosed is a lower track for mounting rubber pads on a track shoe to be attachable and detachable after assembling a steel plate which is adhered with divisionally formed rubber pads as a single unit without additionally perforating coupling through-holes in the track shoe when the rubber pad which forms the lower track and the track shoe which is formed of a metal material are coupled. The lower track of a crawler excavator according to the present invention comprises: first and second rubber pads which are divisionally formed; a first steel plate which supports the bottom surface of the first rubber pad by surrounding the same, and has first hooks formed on the bottom surface thereof and coupling holes formed in a connection stepped-portion.

摘要: Disclosed is a control system for controlling flow so as to allow simultaneous usage of a parallel flow path and a tandem flow path thereby reducing loss of pressure inside a control valve, when simultaneously operating work devices having different operating pressures. A control system for operating the work device, according to the present invention, provides the control system for operating the work device for a construction machine, comprising: first and second hydraulic pumps that are connected to an engine; a revolution control valve, an arm control valve, and a left driving control valve, which are installed on a first center bypass path of the first hydraulic pump, and each of which is connected via the parallel flow path; a boom control valve, a bucket control valve, and a right driving valve, which are installed on a second center bypass path of the second hydraulic pump, and each of which is connected via the parallel flow path; a pressure generation device; a bleed flow path, which is formed on a control spool at a lower side of a boom of the boom control valve, for maintaining an open state of the second center bypass path without closing same, when the boom control valve is switched so as to lower the boom; and a center bypass switch valve, which is installed on the lowermost side of the second center bypass path and is switched by means of a control signal for switching the boom control valve.

摘要: Disclosed is a system for controlling a hydraulic pump in a construction machine which can reduce the discharge flow of the hydraulic pump in proportion to the load pressure of the hydraulic pump to enhance operability by the driver. The present invention provides the system for controlling the hydraulic pump in the construction machine, which is characterized by detecting the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump and the operation activity of an operation lever, and comparing the detected discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump and a predetermined pressure value, and when the detected discharge pressure exceeds the predetermined pressure value, the maximum dischargeable flow of the hydraulic pump is reduced in proportion to the difference between the detected pressure and the predetermined pressure value.

The flow control valve for a construction machine, having a valve body in which a supply passage communicating with a pump passage and actuator ports connected to a hydraulic actuator are formed, and a spool installed in the valve body to be shifted, includes a flow control spool shifted in the spool to variably control a cross-sectional area of a passage connected to the one actuator port if a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid that flows through the supply passage is higher than a set flow rate, a first passage formed on the spool to communicate with the supply passage and a second passage formed on the spool to communication with the one actuator port and having a cross-sectional area that is varied depending on the shifting of the flow control spool.

摘要: A flow control system of a hydraulic pump for a construction machine is provided, which can variably control a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump in accordance with load pressure generated by a hydraulic actuator such as a boom cylinder. According to the flow control system of a hydraulic pump, the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump and the operation rate of the operation lever for the hydraulic actuators is detected, and standard load pressures of the respective hydraulic actuators are set. If the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump is higher than the preset standard load pressures of the hydraulic actuators, the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump is proportionally reduced for the same operation rate in accordance with degrees of loads generated by the hydraulic actuators, while if the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump is lower than the standard load pressures of the hydraulic actuators, the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump is controlled in proportion to the operation rate.

摘要: A hydraulic system for a construction machine having a protection device is disclosed, which can limit a flow rate of hydraulic fluid that is discharged from a hydraulic pump in accordance with a hydraulic fluid temperature and notify an operator of information on the hydraulic fluid temperature. The hydraulic system for a construction machine includes a hydraulic actuator operated by hydraulic fluid that is supplied from a hydraulic pump; a control valve installed in a flow path between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic actuator to control a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid that is supplied from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator; an oil cooler installed in a return flow path from the control valve to an hydraulic fluid tank to cool the hydraulic fluid; a hydraulic fluid temperature sensor detecting in real time a hydraulic fluid temperature of the hydraulic fluid tank; a hydraulic pump regulator controlling a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump through adjustment of an inclination angle of a swash plate of the hydraulic pump; and a controller comparing the hydraulic fluid temperature detected by the hydraulic fluid temperature sensor with a predetermined hydraulic fluid temperature, and outputting a control signal to the hydraulic pump regulator so as to limit the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump to or below a predetermined flow rate if the detected hydraulic fluid temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined lower limit value, or equal to or higher than a predetermined upper limit value.
