    摘要: A method of controlling a data unit relay device is described, applied to a relay ARQ protocol in accordance with which a source peer sends data units to a destination peer via at least one relay peer. The relay ARQ protocol provides for a first type and second type of receipt information, where the first type is indicative of a correct receipt at a relay peer, and the second type is indicative of a correct receipt at the destination peer. In a data unit relay device that is arranged for deliberately dropping data units of the relay ARQ protocol under one or more predetermined conditions, a procedure is provided for indicating to the source peer and the destination peer that a data unit has been deliberately dropped and for identifying the deliberately dropped data unit, such that the source and destination peer may perform retransmission control for the dropped data unit as if it had been successfully received at the destination peer

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method in a mobile station (20) for handling access to different wireless communications networks via a wireless access point (10), the wireless access point supporting different wireless communications networks having different radio access technologies (RATs). The method comprises a first step of receiving (S100), from the wireless access point using a first wireless communications network, a first indication of an available second wireless communications network. The method then comprises receiving (S110) a second indication and determining (S120) whether the received second indication includes information of an address to be used by the mobile station when requesting access to the second wireless communications network. When determined that so is the case the method comprises thus requesting (S130) access to the second wireless communications network. The disclosure also relates to a mobile station (20), to a wireless access point (10) and to a method therein.

    摘要: A method for managing radio access comprises sending of a radio access technology (RAT) resource aggregation request from a first radio access network (RAN) to a second RAN concerning communication with a user equipment connected to a source RAN, and returning a response to the first RAN. The source RAN is the first or second RAN. The first and second RANs use different radio access technologies. Radio resources of a base station in a target RAN, the RAN to which the user equipment is not connected, are reserved. A report of the reserved radio resources is sent to the source RAN. A RAT resource aggregation command is transmitted to the user equipment. The RAT resource aggregation command comprises that a RAT resource aggregation shall be used and the reserved radio resources. The base stations have at least partly overlapping coverage areas.

    摘要: A relay node identified by a unique relay node identifier relays communications between a donor base station and one or more user terminals. The donor base station acquires the relay node identifier during a relay node attach procedure from where the relay node or another node in the core network (e.g., mobile management entity). The donor base station may use the relay node identifier to retrieve configuration information for the relay node. The configuration information may be used to configure the relay node, to perform radio resource management functions, and/or to monitor the performance of the relay node.
