摘要: The invention relates to the prevention of injuries and material damage caused by doors (2) of stopped and/or parked motor vehicles (1) by means of at least one camera (4) which monitors the exterior (3) of, especially the space next to and/or above, the vehicle (1). According to the invention, a mode of operation monitoring the inner (7) and/or outer (8) door handle is activated and the exterior (3) of the motor vehicle (1) is monitored by means of the camera (4) if an evaluation unit (6) detects that a fixed or variable speed-related, acceleration-related, and/or distance-related threshold value (SW) is not met, e.g. when the vehicle (1) is stopped, or if said evaluation unit (6) detects that a signal unlocking the locking mechanism of the vehicle doors (2) is received while causing an acoustic, optical, and/or haptic warning signal to be issued as soon as a person actuates or unlocks optionally in an automated manner the vehicle door (2) handle (7, 8) even though a stationary (9) or approaching (10) object has been detected in the field of vision (5) of the camera (4).

摘要: An optical module has a lens holder into which a lens array formed of three lenses and a diaphragm, for example, is inserted. The lenses, and optionally the diaphragm, are clearly oriented by way of the geometrical shape thereof such that no further optical adjustment is required while the lens array is disposed in a supported manner directly on the sensitive surface of the semiconductor element. A camera module can be designed which dispenses with the need to mechanically adjust the focus in any manner by supporting especially the lens holder or the lens or the peripheral area thereof directly on the chip surface. The optical module is particularly suitable for applications in the interior or exterior zone of a motor vehicle.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for detecting an object or a person (2), especially in a motor vehicle (1), using at least one illumination unit (3) which emits light pulses (4) for illuminating an image region (5) to be examined, and an image recording unit (6) comprising at least one image sensor (7) that receives light pulses reflected by an object (2) or a person in the image region and records the image information of the object (2). At least one illumination unit (3) is arranged in or on the motor vehicle (1) in such a way that it is spatially separated from the image detection unit (6). The invention is characterised in that one unit (6 or 3), out of the separated illumination unit (3) and the image recording unit (6), emits control light pulses (10) for the synchronisation or control of the units (3; 6) by means of a light wave emitter (8), and the other unit (3 or 6) receives the control light pulses (10) by means of a light wave receiver (9). In this way, both a thermally favourable location and a location which is favourable in terms of illuminating a scene of interest (5) inside and/or outside a motor vehicle (1) can be advantageously selected. The invention is not only especially suitable for passenger protection systems in modern motor vehicles (1), but for all motor vehicle-related video systems with active infrared illumination.

摘要: An optical module has a circuit carrier, a housed semiconductor element disposed on the circuit carrier, and a lens unit for projecting electromagnetic radiation onto the semiconductor element. The lens unit preferably includes a lens assembly with, say, three lenses and a diaphragm. The lenses, optionally together with the diaphragm, are aligned in a well-defined manner due to their geometric design so that no additional optical adjustment is necessary. The lenses are held in a type of lens holder that is an integral component of the housing of the semiconductor element.

摘要: An optical module has a circuit carrier, a housed semiconductor element placed on the circuit carrier, and a lens unit for projecting electromagnetic radiation onto the semiconductor element. The lens unit, which is constructed separate from the cased semiconductor element, preferably comprises a lens assembly formed of, for example, three lenses and of a diaphragm. The three lenses, optionally together with the diaphragm, are aligned in a well-defined manner due to their geometric design so that no additional optical adjustment is necessary. According to the invention, a support is formed, at least in sections, on the case of the semiconductor element, and the lens unit is placed thereon thus being supported. The concept is that by forming a support directly on the case of a cased semiconductor element even with classically cased semiconductor chips, it is possible to construct a camera module with which every mechanical focus setting can be eliminated. The novel system is particularly suited for use in the interior or exterior of a motor vehicle.

摘要: The main part of the melt produced during laser welding of two housing parts along a circumferential edge is made to flow towards the printed circuit board by a predefined geometry, thus fixing the board in a form-fitting manner. The basic geometry is modified to prevent the melt from distributing in both directions in an uncontrolled manner and make it flow towards the inside of the housing in a targeted manner. The printed circuit board can thus be fixed and the housing sealed in a single operation. Less space is required on the printed circuit board since the support surfaces only affect the peripheral zone of the printed circuit board. The peripheral zone is a barrier zone since the individual printed circuit board is cut out of a panel. Due to the larger contact surface, prestress losses caused by creep of the plastic have no adverse effect.
