    摘要: When a worm wheel rotates relative to an object pinching detection plate due to pinching of a foreign object, protruding pieces respectively formed on opposed surfaces of the worm wheel and the object pinching detection plate engage with each other. Through the engagement, the object pinching detection plate axially moves. At this time, the object pinching detection plate axially moves without rotation, and hence the object pinching detection plate is brought into contact with a movable piece of an object pinching detection switch without rotation. Therefore, wear due to rotation does not occur when the object pinching detection plate and the object pinching detection switch are brought into contact with each other. Thus, deterioration in object pinching detection accuracy due to the wear is prevented.

It is detected whether or not an open/close position of the window glass is situated within the insensitive area based on the rotational operation of the operation lever, and accordingly detection accuracy is enhanced.

    摘要: A step device for a vehicle including a movable step arranged in a doorway opened and closed by a door is disclosed. The step device includes a drive unit, an open/close mechanism, a projection/retraction mechanism, and a plate cam. The open/close mechanism opens or closes the slide door. The projection/retraction mechanism moves a movable step. The plate cam is rotated by the open/close mechanism and engaged with a bushing arranged on the projection/retraction mechanism to enable or disable power transmission between the open/close mechanism and the projection/retraction mechanism. The plate cam includes a first recess and a second recess. The first recess pushes the bushing during rotation of the plate cam when the slide door is in a range of a predetermined open/close position to enable or disable power transmission between the open/close mechanism and the projection/retraction mechanism. The second recess frees the bushing from the pushing during rotation of the plate cam and disables power transmission between the open/close mechanism and the projection/retraction mechanism when the slide door is outside the range of the predetermined open/close position.

    摘要: A rotary holder for a corrugated tube is structured such that an inner rotary body containing a corrugated tube is received in an inner portion of an outer fixing body, and an outer peripheral sliding surface of the inner rotary body slides along an inner sliding surface of the outer fixing body. The outer fixing body is formed by assembling a base member and a cover each having a recessed arch surface on an inner periphery thereof. The inner sliding surface is formed by connecting a recessed arch surface of the base member to a recessed arch surface of the cover. Further, outer retracting surfaces are respectively provided to both end portions of the recessed arch surface of the base member so as to be extended to a tangential direction thereat.

    摘要: In a power supply structure in a sliding structure, the one end of a wire harness 3 is secured to either one of a sliding structure 1 and a body 5. The other end of the wire harness 3 is hung over the other of them. An elastic member 4 is arranged along the wire harness in the longitudinal direction from the one end of the wire harness so that the wire harness is supported by the elastic member. The elastic member 4 may be a lengthy flat spring. The elastic member may be composed of a first spring segment along the outer face of the wire harness and a second spring segment having a small spring constant which protrudes toward a free end of the elastic member. The elastic member may be bent at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction and arranged on the curved portion of the wire harness. The elastic member may be composed of a flat spring segment along the inner face of the curved portion and a spiral segment. The elastic member may be provided with a harness supporting member. The elastic member may be secured to a protector using a fixing jig. In such a configuration, the looseness of the wire harness when the sliding structure is opened or closed can be surely absorbed in a simple and small structure.
