    摘要： In accordance with the present invention, there are provided carboxylate compounds and liquid compositions thereof represented by the following formula (A) ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents one group selected from the group consisting of alkyl group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, alkoxy group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms and halogenated alkyl group of 6 to 18 carbon atoms, C* represents an asymmetric carbon atom, and R.sup.2 represents a group represented by the following formula (A)--(CH.sub.2).sub.m --CH.sub.3 or (B)--(CH.sub.2).sub.n --COOR.sub.3 wherein m represents an integer of 2 to 6, n represents an integer of 0 to 5, and R.sup.3 represents alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.

    摘要： An adhesive for soft tissue comprising at least one member selected from (meth)acrylic esters each containing an acid anhydride group represented by the specific formula (I) and derivatives of the (meth)acrylic esters represented by the specific formula (Ia), a (meth)acylate, a poly(meth)acrylate derived from a (meth)acrylate and a polymerization initiator; and a kit of an adhesive for soft tissue, comprising containers and, placed therein, the above ingredients. The adhesive for soft tissue and kit thereof according to the present invention are advantageous in that when the adhesive is applied to a wound on a soft tissue, at least one member selected from the above (meth)acrylic esters represented by the formula (I) and/or the derivatives thereof represented by the formula (Ia) together with a (meth)acrylate, contained in the adhesive, polymerizes irrespective of the presence of blood or body fluid, so that the adhesive undergoes strong bonding (conjugation) with the soft tissue and that further, the adhesive ensures low cytotoxicity to thereby ensure effective utilization in the treatment of a wound on a soft tissue, especially an integument, of an organism.

    摘要： The adhesive composition for soft tissues, the adhesive composition for wound dressing or the wound dressing agent composition of the present invention is an adhesive composition for soft tissues, an adhesive composition for wound dressing or a wound dressing agent composition, comprising a monomer (A), a polymer (B) and a polymerization initiator composition (C) containing an organoboron compound, and is characterized by having a viscosity of 0.4 to 75,000 cp within 30 seconds after mixing of the components (A), (B) and (C). The composition of the present invention not only has low toxicity, low harmfulness and high adhesive strength but also is excellent in workability during application and is capable of forming films of excellent properties.
