摘要: A diaphragm pump includes: a volume changing member which changes the volume of a fluid chamber; a diaphragm member fixed in a stretched state and arranged separate from the fluid chamber, the diaphragm member having a pair of electrodes and a stretch film formed of dielectric elastomer, and the diaphragm member driving the volume changing member in a forward movement direction; a return bias member which drives the volume changing member in a backward movement direction; and a connection member which connects the diaphragm member and the volume changing member. In a low voltage state, the diaphragm member and the return bias member have driving force with respect to the volume changing member. The diaphragm member is arranged so as to be elastically protruded in the backward movement direction compared to the stretched state, and an inclination angle of the diaphragm member in the low voltage state with respect to that in the stretched state is set to 45° or greater in a cross section along a reciprocal movement direction.

摘要: High-quality video is provided using a small amount of coded bits. The moving picture decoding method performs inter-frame prediction processing. With the aforementioned inter-frame prediction processing, blocks with similar motion vectors from among the motion vectors in multiple blocks that have already been decoded are combined and a combined area is computed. A predicted vector for a target block to be decoded is computed using the motion vector of the aforementioned combined area, and a motion vector for the aforementioned target block is computed based on the aforementioned predicted vector and a difference vector which is included in a coded stream that is input. A predicted image is generated using the aforementioned motion vector, and a difference image which is included in the aforementioned coded stream and the aforementioned predicted image are added to generate a decoded image.

An image display device is comprised of an input unit which inputs encoded image data containing images encoded by intraframe prediction and interframe prediction, an image decoder which decodes the encoded image data, a filter unit which filters the decoded images output from the image decoder, and a display unit which displays the image after filtering. The filter unit performs at least a process to correct the pixel values in a decoded image decoded by interframe prediction immediately preceding in time a decoded image decoded by intraframe prediction of the decoded images output from the image decoder.

摘要: A hose of impermeability has a wall corrugated along at least a part of its length, and formed by an inner thin resin layer, a laminated layer including a metal film, or a layer formed by a metal film, and an outer thin resin layer. It has a very high fluid impermeability owing to its wall layer including or formed by a metal film, and is also very flexible, capable of absorbing vibration, light in weight and strong. A tubular inner thin resin layer is formed by extrusion as the innermost layer of a multi-layered hose wall, and a laminated tape including a metal film, or simply a metal film is spirally wound or longitudinally lapped about the inner resin layer. An outer thin resin layer is formed about a layer formed by the laminated tape, or metal film, and the whole is at least partly corrugated. Alternatively, corrugation is done before an outer thin resin layer is formed by electrostatic powder coating. A different process includes applying a laminated tape including a metal film about a mandrel to form a tubular laminated layer, and after removing the mandrel, coating the inner surface of the tubular layer with a resin powder electrostatically to form a thin resin layer thereon.

摘要: This invention provides a board positioning method where a stopper and so on are not required when positioning a printed board in an X direction. Servo motors of a board supplying conveyer portion and a board positioning portion are driven to start carrying of a board. When a first board detection sensor detects the board before timeout of a first timer which starts timekeeping together with the carrying of the board, second and third timers start timekeeping. The servo motor starts decelerating, decelerates to an arbitrary speed, and keeps a constant speed after timeout of the second timer. When a second board detection sensor detects the board before timeout of the third timer, the servo motor is controlled to decelerate and stop the board at an arbitrary position, and a board recognition camera takes an image of a positioning mark of the board stopping at the board positioning portion to recognize a position of the printed board. The CPU controls the servo motors based on a result of the recognition in manufacturing running.
