摘要: An intermediate transfer unit of an image forming apparatus is provided between a plurality of developer containers for containing developer and a plurality of developing devices. The intermediate transfer unit includes an intermediate transfer unit for secondarily transferring primarily transferred developed images from the plurality of image carriers onto a paper, an intermediate transfer unit driving mechanism for driving the intermediate transfer unit, and a housing for supporting the intermediate transfer unit driving mechanism. One end of the housing includes a plurality of developer inlet ports positionally corresponding to the developer supply ports of the developer containers respectively, a plurality of developer outlet ports positionally corresponding to the developer receiving ports of the developing devices respectively, and a plurality of developer supply paths connecting between the developer inlet ports and the developer outlet ports respectively.

摘要: An image forming apparatus has a spacer roller that contacts a photosensitive drum outside a running region of a transfer member. The spacer roller forms a gap between a developing roller and the photosensitive drum. A cleaning device is positioned at downstream side of a nip position formed between the photosensitive drum and the transfer member. A toner removing blade is disposed between the downstream side of the nip and an upstream side of the cleaning device. The toner removing blade has a contact portion that contacts a contact region between the photosensitive drum and the spacer roller. The rotation axis of the photosensitive drum extends along an inner end of the contact portion. This inner end of the contact portion is positioned within a toner collecting region in which toner is scraped off by the cleaning device.

摘要: A plurality of winding parts are wound around teeth of an iron core with insulators disposed therebetween, and a printed wiring board is electrically connected to the winding part with a plurality of terminal pins. Each terminal pin is extends along an axial direction of the iron core and is attached to one of the insulators. An end portion of each winding part is wound around one of the terminal pins, and the terminal pin is soldered to the printed wiring board together with the end portion of the winding part. The terminal pins extend through hole portions of the printed wiring board.

摘要: A coil bobbin has a body part, a first outer flange part provided at one end of the body part and a second outer flange part provided at the other end of the body part. The first outer flange part has a widthwise dimension larger than that of the second outer flange part. The first outer flange part has leg portions at both ends in the widthwise direction at the lower end. The second outer flange part has a leg portion at the lower end. The coil bobbin is preferably supported by the leg portions of the first outer flange part and the leg portion of the second outer flange part.

摘要: An image forming apparatus has a spacer roller that contacts a photosensitive drum outside a running region of a transfer member. 摘要: Lithographic printing plate precursors have been designed so that they can be stored, shipped, and used in stacks without interleaf paper between individual precursors. This is achieved by incorporating polymeric particles having an average diameter of from about 3 to about 20 μm into the outermost precursor layer such as an imageable layer or topcoat. The polymeric particles comprise a core of a crosslinked polymer and have grafted hydrophilic polymeric surface groups that are grafted onto the particle surfaces by polymerizing hydrophilic monomers in the presence of the crosslinked polymeric particles. The lithographic printing plates can be either negative- or positive-working elements.
