摘要： A projector type vehicle light can have a decreased total weight and prevent the insufficiency in strength of a rotational shaft of a base member. The projector type vehicle light can include a light source, a reflector, a shade, and a projection lens. The vehicle light can further include a shade rotational shaft extending in the left-to-right direction, a base member configured so that the shade can rotate around the shade rotational shaft, a solenoid for making the shade rotate between a low-beam position and a high-beam position, and a crank shaft configured to connect the solenoid with the shade for driving the shade. The solenoid can be supported by the base member so that the plunger of the solenoid can move in the left-to-right direction. The lens holder can be made of a first material, such as a resin material, and the base member can be made from a second material, such as metal material.

The vehicle light can be formed as a headlight and can include a light source, a reflector, a shade, and a projection lens. The projector type vehicle light can further include a shade rotational shaft extending in a left-to-right direction, a base member configured to support the shade so that the shade can rotate around the shade rotational shaft, a solenoid for making the shade rotate between a low-beam position and a high-beam position, and a crank shaft configured to connect the solenoid with the shade for driving. The solenoid can be disposed just below the shade so that a moving direction of the plunger of the solenoid is aligned with the left-to-right direction of the projector type vehicle headlight.

摘要： A vehicular lighting assembly with a reflection mirror formed of a BMC resin is provided which prevents glass fiber in the resin from separating and flying away when the direction of illumination is changed for aiming, which can result in degradation in appearance of the reflector or occurrence of glare. The vehicular lighting assembly can be configured such that a high-beam reflector and a low-beam lighting assembly attachment are formed of a plastic member made of the BMC resin as an integrated lighting assembly holder portion. The low-beam lighting assembly attachment of the lighting assembly holder portion can include a low-beam reflector, ball joints, and an adjusting nut attachment engaged with an adjusting screw, so that it can be aimed. The ball joints and the adjusting nut attachment are formed at their respective positions on an integrated metallic member so that they can be attached as an aiming unit to the low-beam lighting assembly attachment.

In this manner, a feeder connector is not insertable in a socket when the bulb is not in the fixed position so that even inexperienced operators can surely enforce the replacement of the bulb, therefore, a specified light distribution can be surely obtained.
