摘要: The method for periodontal disease measurement of the present invention includes: using a plurality of cross-sectional images provided by x-ray CT images of teeth and periodontal tissues to detect a contour of each tooth in each cross-sectional image, detect a dentition, and provide a dental formula; detecting the positions of the root apex, the alveolar crest, and the crown of each tooth from the detected tooth contour data; calculating at least one of a distance indicator, a volume indicator, a surface area indicator, a first moment indicator, a center-of-gravity indicator, and an alveolar bone indicator from the detected tooth contour data, and the position data of the root apex, the alveolar crest, and the crown of the tooth; and measuring the progression of periodontal disease based on at least one calculated indicator.

摘要: A screw mounting hole and a female screw part are formed in a bearing part of a gear cover, and the screw insertion hole is formed in the idle shaft. The idle shaft is fixed to the gear cover by inserting a fixing screw through the screw mounting hole and screwing it into the female screw part through the screw insertion hole. A positioning groove in a predetermined position in relation to the screw insertion hole is formed in the end face of the idle shaft. When the positioning groove is disposed perpendicularly to an engine mounting surface and the idle shaft is fitted to the gear cover, the screw mounting hole is opposed to the screw insertion hole and, when the fixing screw is fitted, the confirmation of hole positions and the aligning of holes can be eliminated.

摘要: A rotation angle detection apparatus has angle detection means that has detection circuits each including a detection element part having a coil and a resistor and that also has inductance changing means that changes the inductance of the coil in accordance with the rotation of a rotation measurement target. The rotation angle detection apparatus further has reference pulse voltage generating means for causing the detection circuits to generate output signals; and calculating means for calculating the output signals of the detection circuits. The calculating means obtains an integral by integrating, for a predetermined time, a transient output voltage occurring when a reference pulse voltage generated by the reference pulse voltage generating means is input to the detection circuits. The calculating means then detects, based on the integral, a rotation angle of the rotation measurement target, whereby the number of components of the rotation angle detection apparatus can be reduced and error factors of the output signal of the detection circuits can be reduced. As a result, the logic circuits and amplifier circuits can be simplified and hence the cost of the rotation angle detection apparatus can be reduced.
