摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for highly selectively releasing a molecule of interest such as an agent at a desired site while suppressing the influence of catabolic enzymes existing in vivo. The present invention provides a method for releasing a molecule of interest, which comprises steps of: hybridizing each of an “electron donor-first nucleic acid probe” molecule formed by binding an electron donor structure to a first nucleic acid probe having a nucleotide sequence complementary to a portion of a target nucleic acid sequence and a “molecule of interest-electron acceptor-second nucleic acid probe” molecule formed by binding an electron acceptor structure having a molecule of interest and an azide group to a second nucleic acid probe that has a nucleotide sequence complementary to said target nucleic acid sequence and differing from that of said first nucleic acid probe, to said target nucleic acid sequence; and allowing said “electron donor-first nucleic acid probe” molecule to act on said “molecule of interest-electron acceptor-second nucleic acid probe” molecule, so as to release said molecule of interest.

摘要： In an image processing method, extraction points are set inside the draw line as the region with less luminance change relative to the periphery, and extraction points are set on the background outside the draw line in a sample image such as a letter and a number. Pixel data of the extraction points are used to obtain the normalization correlation coefficient with respect to the target image in the determination region. As the template data are generated using pixel data of two groups of the extraction points with clear contrast in the luminance difference therebetween, the true image to be determined as being the same as the template image is detected accurately through the calculation for a short period of time.

Therefore, solder fillets do not protrude out of the capacitor element body, whereby the packaging density on a mounting substrate K can be improved. The state of solder fillets is easy to see from the outside, and a connection yield can also be secured.
