摘要： A fuel-cell-system providing structure is provided which is capable of preventing a collision of a fuel cell with a related apparatus of the fuel cell while suppressing the increase in weight of a vehicle. A fuel cell system provided in a vehicle includes: a fuel cell unit in which a fuel cell is contained; and a related apparatus that is electrically connected to the fuel cell and that is located adjacent to the fuel cell unit. The related apparatus is arranged at a position closer to an outer surface of the vehicle than the fuel cell unit.

摘要： A fuel cell vehicle includes under a floor of the vehicle: a fuel cell generating electric power through an electrochemical reaction between reaction gases; a fluid supply/discharge unit for the fuel cell; and a converter converting electric power from the fuel cell, the converter being contained in a center tunnel provided, at a center in a vehicle width direction, so as to be curved toward a cabin along a vehicle axis in a front-back direction, the fuel cell and the unit being arranged on a rear side of the vehicle relative to the converter and arranged in the vehicle width direction, wherein the converter is provided to be offset toward the fuel cell with respect to a centerline of the center tunnel along the vehicle axis and to be offset toward the unit with respect to a centerline of the fuel cell along the vehicle axis.

摘要： A vehicle 1000 is equipped with a fuel cell system 100 and a secondary battery as power sources. A water level of water present on a water-covered road surface is measured by a water level sensor 72. When the measured water level reaches or exceeds a preset threshold value, drive control of the vehicle 1000 stops power generation by a fuel cell stack 10, closes a discharge valve 62, and enables the vehicle 1000 to be driven with output power of a motor that is actuated with electric power from the secondary battery. This arrangement effectively prevents a damage or failure of the fuel cells mounted on the vehicle moving on the water-covered road.

摘要： A medium writing apparatus obtains information to be written onto a recording medium, converts the information into a suitable writable format, and then writes the converted information onto the recording medium. An ID obtaining section obtains a medium ID from the recording medium, or through an input by the user. The medium ID and information indicating the place of the written information are sent to a server, and then stored as index information correlating them with each other. When the information written onto the recording medium is to be used at a later timing, the medium ID is identified, and the index information is obtained from the server. Therefore, the original information can be obtained so as to be easily reprocessed or reused.

摘要： A writing device constituting an electronic book includes a connector to which electronic papers are detachably connected. The number of connected sheets of electronic paper is recognized, and is output to a host computer. In the host computer, display data is output on the basis of the number of electronic papers, and the display data is written in the electronic papers by a write control unit. When a change of connections of the electronic papers is detected by the detection unit, a part of images displayed on the electronic papers is rewritten depending on the detected connection states of the electronic papers by which optimum images on the electronic papers are displayed even if an arbitrary electronic paper is attached or detached.
