    摘要: An ultra-fine spray-jetting nozzle includes a liquid passage (37) and a gas passage (41) that is disposed on a peripheral side of the liquid passage (37) through a partitioning wall and communicates with a jetting port (A). An outer surface of the partitioning wall at a jetting port side thereof is formed sectionally polygonal, long circular or elliptic. A peripheral surface of the gas passage (41) is formed sectionally circular. The outer surface of the partitioning wall having the configuration is brought into contact with the sectionally circular peripheral surface of the gas passage (41) at a plurality of positions to circumferentially divide the gas passage (41) at the jetting side into a plurality of gas passages. A gas jetted from jetting ports (A) of a plurality of the separate gas passages is mixed with a periphery of a liquid jetted from the liquid passage (37) to generate spray.

    摘要: A biological tissue is sutured or ligatured, a suture and ligature member such as a ligature wire is cut, and then a holding member is reliably recovered from the body. In a holding member of a medical ligature tool, a protrusion is disposed between distal lateral holes, and proximal lateral holes, so that it protrudes outward in a diameter direction thereof. On the other hand, a concave portion is formed in the inner periphery of a cutting member. When the cutting member is extended to cut a ligature wire, the concave portion is fitted to the protrusion to allow the holding member to engage the cutting member.

    摘要: An isolating circuit, which isolates a first frequency signal in a first frequency range and a second frequency signal in a second frequency range which is higher than the first frequency range, has as antenna terminal, a first filter and a second filter. The first filter, having a first input terminal and a first output terminal, receives a first input signal including the first frequency signal at the first input terminal and attenuates first frequency component of the first input signal below the first frequency range at a first attenuation rate and second frequency components of the first input signal above the first frequency range at a second attenuation rate. One of the first input and output terminals of the first filter is coupled to the antenna terminal. The first filter further has a first setting terminal setting the first attenuation rate and the second attenuation rate so that the second attenuation rate is greater than the first attenuation rate. The second filter, having second input and output terminals, receives a second input signal including the second frequency signal at the second input terminal and attenuataes third frequency components of the second input signal below the second frequency range at a third attenuation rate and fourth frequency components of the second input signal above the second frequency range at a fourth attenuation rate. One of the second input and output terminals of the second filter is coupled to the antenna terminal. The second filter further has a second setting terminal setting the third attenuation rate and fourth attenuation rate so that the third attenuation rate is greater than the fourth attenuation rate.
