    摘要: The invention has its object to radically resolve an untapped technical issue in a non-water hammering check valve device, in which a valve disc, a valve seat and a surrounding flow passage are configured such that the valve disc is substantially seated on the valve seat at the time when input to a pump is shut off and a discharge flow in the flow passage loses inertia to stop, and to provide a reasonable non-water hammering check valve device of a simple and clear construction which suffers a small resistance loss of a valve at the time of a predetermined maximum flow rate, can readily accommodate an abrupt change in a flow state without delay in valve closing operation and provides a uniform and close seating on the valve seat at the time of valve seating to prevent water hammering. In the non-water hammering check valve device, a valve disc (4) is connected to an arm portion (5) through a valve disc support shaft (6) with a required freedom of swinging, and the arm portion (5) is connected to a valve body (1) through an arm support shaft (7). At the time of valve opening, the valve disc (4) is caused by an additional acting force, which turns the valve disc (4) about the valve disc support shaft (6), to be floatingly supported in the flow passage while an upstream end (4a) of the valve disc and an upstream end (5a) of the arm portion preferentially abut against each other all the time. At the time of valve closing, a downstream end (4b) of the valve disc preferentially abuts against a valve seat (3), and in a subsequent valve seating stroke, the entire surface of the valve disc (4) comes into uniform and close contact with the valve seat (3) to prevent water hammering caused by counterflow.

The linear motion transmitting mechanism and the braking device are constructed to remove the effect of braking actions that decelerate the valve closing motion of the valve element and of frictional resistance in the period between when the valve element starts a valve closing motion and when the valve element is almost seated on the valve seat, and then to brake the valve element gently only until the valve element is seated on the valve seat. The timing of the seating of the valve element on the valve seat can be adjusted by a mechanism for adjusting the braking action starting position, by a bypass adjusting valve combined with the braking device or by a mechanism for adjusting biasing force applied to the valve element.

    摘要: An automatic-control valve device has a main valve unit, and a pilot valve unit for controlling the main valve unit. The pilot valve unit has a pilot valve A which closes when pressure in a downstream passage on the downstream side of the main valve unit increases beyond a predetermined value, a pilot valve B which opens when pressure in the downstream passage increases beyond the predetermined value. A pilot valve C which closes when the pressure difference across an orifice disposed in a passage extending through the main valve unit is greater than a predetermined value is connected in series to a passage extending across the pilot valve A to limit the flow rate of a fluid in the downstream passage to a predetermined value. The respective valve elements of the pilot valve A and the pilot valve B may be held on a single valve stem. The orifice may be of a variable type. The invention provides a water hammer preventing check valve which opens when a fluid is fed forward and closes when the feed of the fluid is stopped to prevent the fluid from reversing. The check valve has a main valve unit and a bypass valve unit disposed in parallel, wherein the main valve unit has a single main valve element capable of opening and closing an opening defined by an inclined main valve seat disposed between an inlet passage and an outlet passage, constantly biased in a valve closing direction, formed in a shape subject to a low form drag and providing a small inertial resistance, and capable of being substantially completely seated on the main valve seat at the moment the velocity of the inertial flow of the fluid in a discharge direction decreases to naught after the supply of the fluid has been stopped; and the bypass valve unit has a bypass valve element capable of linearly moving in opposite directions to open and close an opening defined by a bypass valve seat disposed between the inlet passage and the outlet passage, and linked to a damping device for damping the linear movement of the bypass valve element so that the bypass valve element may gradually close the opening defined by the bypass valve seat after the start of the reverse flow of the fluid.The bypass valve unit may be provided with an opening adjusting mechanism for adjusting the opening of the bypass valve element. The main valve unit may be provided with a valve closing force adjusting mechanism for applying a valve closing force to the main valve element.

The pilot valve unit comprises pilot valves A and B which are operated for opening and closing operations according to the variation of a pressure difference across an orifice included in the main valve unit, a pressure difference across the main valve unit, liquid level on the downstream side of the main valve unit or the pressure on the upstream side of the main valve unit. The pilot valve A and the pilot valve B are arranged in series and connected between the upstream and the downstream side of the main valve unit by connecting passages with a chamber between the pilot valves A and B connected to the main valve driving pressure chamber. The pressure in the main valve driving pressure chamber is varied by the coordinated operations of the pilot valves A and B to regulate the opening of the main valve unit. Thus, the automatic regulating valve apparatus 4 exercises automatic control functions including a constant-flow control function, an emergency shutoff function, a liquid level control function and an upstream pressure control function.
