    摘要: An intake control device for an engine includes a throttle body that defines a throttle bore, which is substantially circular-shaped in cross section, through which intake air flows. A throttle valve is rotatably assembled in the throttle bore of the throttle body. The throttle valve rotates integrally with a shaft. One axial end of the shaft is connected to a rotary driver, so that the rotation angle of the throttle valve is changed via the shaft. The rotary driver defines a fitted hole, to which the one axial end of the shaft is clearance fitted. The rotary driver defines a fitting recess dented radially outward from the hole wall surface of the fitted hole. The one axial end of the shaft includes a coupling that is crimped and fixed to the rotary driver in the state of being fitted to the fitted hole.

    摘要: A throttle control apparatus has a torsional coil spring that is associated with the throttle body and the rotator to bias throttle valve to a predetermined intermediate angle between a full open angle and a full close angle. An actuator rotates the rotator against a biasing force of the torsional coil spring. The torsional coil spring has a first and a second loading portions that apply biasing forces to the rotator to bias the throttle valve from the full open angle or from the full close angle toward the intermediate angle. The rotator is provided with a spring force receiving portion that receives both the biasing forces applied by the first and second loading portions so that the first and second loading portions sandwich the spring force receiving portion therebetween.

    摘要: An intake air control apparatus uses a male screw portion of an intermediate opening adjustment screw retractively screwed in a female screw hole of a sleeve nut fixedly held between fitting bosses. The intermediate opening degree adjustment screw can be thus held on a gear housing. Stress otherwise generated by forcing the male screw directly into a resin portion is prevented around or in the neighborhood of the female screw hole, i.e. the fitting bosses. The intermediary of the sleeve nut also increases the area of the resin portion receiving the shock load, thereby improving shock resistance.

    摘要: An intake air control apparatus for the internal combustion engine is disclosed. Without using an intermediate opening degree adjustment screw (7) of a tapping type which is forced directly into a resin portion, a male screw portion (65) of the intermediate opening degree adjustment screw (7) is retractively screwed in a female screw hole (61) of a sleeve nut (9) fixedly held between fitting bosses (57, 58). In this way, the intermediate opening degree adjustment screw (7) can be held on a gear housing (16). The stress otherwise generated by forcing the male screw (65) of the intermediate opening degree adjustment screw (7) directly into the resin portion in the prior art is thus prevented from being generated around or in the neighborhood of the female screw hole (61), i.e. the fitting bosses (57, 58). Also, the intermediary of the sleeve nut (9) increases the area of the resin portion receiving the shock load, thereby improving the shock resistance for a higher reliability.

The dielectric layer of the front panel contains bismuth oxide and calcium oxide without containing lead, and does not contain lead. The protective layer on the dielectric layer is formed by forming a base film on the second dielectric layer and attaching a plurality of crystal particles made of metal oxide to the base film so as to be distributed over an entire surface of the base film.
