摘要: A network-management device includes a map storing unit and a map state storing unit. The map storing unit stores therein a map created based on information on network devices. The map state storing unit stores therein a creation state indicating that creation of the map is in process or completed in association with the map. When creation of the map is in process, disclosure of the map is prohibited, and all the network devices are notified that creation of the map is in process. When creation of the map is completed, it is checked whether all the network devices are laid out on the map. When all the network devices are laid out on the map, disclosure of the map is permitted.

摘要: A process of forming an ultrafine crystal layer in a workpiece constituted by a metallic material. The process includes: performing a machining operation on a surface of the workpiece, so as to impart a large local strain to the machined surface of the workpiece, where the machining operation causes the machined surface of the workpiece to be subjected to a plastic working that causes to have large local strain in the form of a true strain of at least one, such that the ultrafine crystal layer is formed in a surface layer portion of the workpiece that defines the machined surface of the workpiece. Also disclosed are a nanocrystal layer forming process, a machine component having the ultrafine crystal layer or the nanocrystal layer, and a machine component producing process of producing the machine component.

摘要: A front wheel suspension structure for a saddle-type vehicle (all terrain vehicle) includes a double wishbone suspension system. The double wishbone suspension system includes a pair of right and left upper arms and a pair of right and left lower arms. The upper arm and the lower arm each include a front arm portion and a rear arm portion, respectively, and each of the upper arm and the lower arm is attached to a side of a body frame at two points. When viewed in a side view, the rear arm portion of the upper arm is located in front of the rear arm portion of the lower arm. A front shock absorber is arranged behind the rear arm portion of the upper arm.

摘要: A communication apparatus includes a transmission signal generation section 1, a transmission signal control section 2, a transmission section 3, a leakage electric power detection section 4, and an electric power control judgment section 5. The transmission signal generation section 1 generates a transmission signal for carrying out transmission using a plurality of sub-carriers, under control of the transmission signal control section 2, and has a transmission electric power control function with respect to each sub-carrier. The leakage electric power detection section 4 detects electric power which is leaked from a transmission line 9 among transmission electric power. The electric power control judgment section 5 judges necessity of transmission electric power control by the transmission signal control section 2, on the basis of a leakage electric power signal from the leakage electric power detection section 4, and in case that it was judged that transmission electric power control is necessary, it notifies that effect to the transmission signal control section 2. The transmission signal control section 2 controls transmission electric power of a sub-carrier, on the basis of the leakage electric power signal from the leakage electric power detection section 4.

摘要: The present invention discloses a base tube for a fuel cell produced by forming a film of a fuel electrode and a film of an air electrode on a surface of the base tube, the base tube comprising a mixture of a raw material for the base tube, and coarse particles of metal oxide, whereby the mixture shrinks nonuniformly when sintered to increase the porosity of the base tube. Thus, the gas permeability and the cell electrical efficiency can be increased.
