摘要： A cylinder barrel inside surface treatment apparatus for providing a uniform treatment finish is disclosed. The treatment apparatus includes a pallet on which a cylinder block is placed with a gasket surface faced upward. A top opening of a cylinder barrel of the cylinder block is covered by a cover member having a concave portion communicating with the top opening. A nozzle having treatment solution spray holes is attached to the cover member. The treatment solution is sprayed toward a wall of the concave portion from the treatment solution spray holes and flows along the wall from a top end to a bottom end of the cylinder barrel inside surface.

摘要： A medical apparatus according to the present invention is a medical apparatus used in a state in which the medical apparatus is led into a body and fixed. The medical apparatus includes: a fixing section that fixes the medical apparatus on a body wall in the body; an image pickup section that picks up an image of a subject in the body and is provided pivotably around a first axis; and a holding section that includes the fixing section and holds the image pickup section pivotably around a second axis different from the first axis. Therefore, the medical apparatus can change a photographing range and a visual field direction as desired to photograph the subject by performing magnified observation and photographing the subject from different directions without using a zoom function in the state in which the medical apparatus is fixed in a limited space in the body.

A support mechanism supports the arm sections of the four-link parallelogram mechanism to allow the arm sections to be moved in left/right and up/down directions, while being rotated, so that a straight line connecting an intersecting point P of a center line of the treating instrument inserted into an insertion hole in an abdominal wall of a subject and the center of the insertion hole to spherical bearings of the arm is set parallel to the upper and lower arm sections.
