摘要： A hair trimmer blade unit includes a stationary blade and a movable blade, which includes movable blade pieces. Each movable blade piece includes a basal blade edge portion and a distal catch portion. The basal blade edge portion extends along a line inclined so that as the distal end of the movable blade piece become closer, the distance from the adjacent movable blade piece increases. The distal catch portion extends toward the adjacent movable blade piece from the line. The blade edge of each movable blade piece includes a saw-toothed portion formed so that as the distal end of the corresponding movable blade piece becomes closer, the distance from the adjacent movable blade pieces decreases in plural steps.

摘要： A voltage-controlled oscillator comprises an inductor and a group of variable capacitance elements forming a resonance circuit. The group of variable capacitance elements includes first and second variable capacitance elements connectable in parallel and having mutually different absolute values of a ratio of control-voltage sensitivity to capacitance. The first and second variable capacitance elements both have a first end supplied with a control voltage for controlling resonance frequency of the resonance circuit and have a second end selectively connected to the inductor by a band selection signal for deciding a band in which the resonance frequency exists.

摘要： An A/D converter and a semiconductor device simple in configuration are provided which can keep a constant noise shaping characteristic without depending on manufacturing variations or a temperature change. A semiconductor device includes a delta-sigma modulator, an input changeover switch, and a control logic circuit. The delta-sigma modulator can change a time constant of an internal circuit according to a control signal. The input changeover switch selectively inputs any one of an input amplitude voltage and a reference voltage to the delta-sigma modulator. A control logic circuit is coupled to an output of the delta-sigma modulator, and generates the control signal.
