摘要: In a cellular phone of the invention, a rechargeable battery is used as a power supply to feed power to a second load and a regulator via a charging current detector circuit and a charging switch when an external power is not fed. The power is converted to an optimum voltage by the regulator and fed to a CPU and a load. When the external power is fed, the rechargeable battery is recharged and the charging current is detected by the charging current detector circuit. While a variation in the load is caused by a change in the operating state of the cellular phone from the call termination ready state to conversation state, or while a variation in the second load is caused by lighting of a key backlight, the current flowing in the charging current detector circuit stays constant and the correct charging current can be detected exclusively.

摘要: A contactless charging system is made up of an electronic device and a contactless charger 200 that recharges the electronic device in a contactless manner. The electronic device transmits a full charge command indicating completion of charge. Upon receipt of the full charge command, the contactless charger shifts to a charge stop state in which charge of the electronic device is not performed. In the charge stop state, the contactless charger generates a load check signal for checking whether or not the electronic device is placed in the contactless charger in a rechargeable state, and transmits the signal. Further, the contactless charger also generates a charge restart check command for checking whether or not the electronic device requests recharge in a charge stop state, and transmits the command.

摘要: By automatically adjusting a gain according to the presence or absence of head set connection and a head set microphone, an electronic circuit has improved sound collecting performance and prevents the microphone from casually collecting sound. In the circuit, a voltage detecting unit (105) outputs a result of comparison between power voltage and a threshold value or a digital value of the power voltage. A control unit (106) detects the presence or absence of a head set microphone (161) based on the comparison result or the digital value of the power voltage in the voltage detecting unit (105). A gain setting unit (109) sets a gain of a value larger than that in the case where the absence of the head set connection is detected by the control unit (106), when the presence of the head set connection and the absence of the head set microphone are detected by the control unit (106). A variable amplifier (110) amplifies audio data from a body microphone (107) using the gain set by the gain setting unit (109).

摘要: To provide a contactless charging system that provides superior usability and allows for a reduction in power consumption and a safety measure, as well as to provide an electronic device, a contactless charger, and a battery pack for an electronic device which are used in the system.A contactless charging system is made up of a mobile phone 100 that is an electronic device and a contactless charger 200 that recharges the mobile phone 100 in a contactless manner. The mobile phone 100 transmits a full charge command indicating completion of charge. Upon receipt of the full charge command, the contactless charger 200 shifts to a charge stop state in which charge of the mobile phone 100 is not performed. In the charge stop state, the contactless charger 200 generates a load check signal for checking whether or not the mobile phone 100 is placed in the contactless charger 200 in a rechargeable state, and transmits the signal.
