摘要: A wet paper web transfer belt comprises a base body, a wet paper web side layer, and a machine side layer. The wet paper web side layer is formed of a high molecular weight elastic section, and fibers and filler particles are exposed at its surface. The fibers and filler particles are exposed in the form of an island-sea structure comprising islands section where the fibers are exposed, and a sea section where the filler particles are exposed. The fibers and the filler particles, both exposed at the wet paper web side layer, hold water at different times in the papermaking process as the wet paper web moves out of the press part of the papermaking machine.

摘要: A piezoelectric resonator is provided which is capable of acquiring an excellent Q characteristic while letting a film thickness of an upper electrode be larger. The piezoelectric resonator has a lower electrode and an upper electrode with a piezoelectric film being sandwiched between them. By applying a voltage between the lower and upper electrodes to let a bulk acoustic wave propagate through inner portions of the piezoelectric layer, a signal having a specified resonant frequency is obtained. The standing wave has a first wave loop at an interface on a side opposite to the piezoelectric film of the upper electrode and a wave node and a second wave loop in inner portions of the upper electrode directing from the interface toward the piezoelectric film. The film thickness of the upper electrode obtained when a wavelength of a standing wave is defined as “λ” is 0.4λ to 0.7λ.

摘要: A mold-removal hole (60) formed upon forming a locking portion (39) and communicating with a tab insertion hole (31) is formed before a locking portion (39) by partly cutting a wall of the tab insertion hole (31). As this mold-removal hole (60) is formed, preventing portions (70) for preventing a displacement of the tab (22) inserted into the tab insertion hole (31) toward the mold-removal hole (60) are formed on the wall of the tab insertion hole (31) at the lateral sides of the mold-removal hole (60) and at the opposite widthwise outer sides of the locking portion (39). By displacing the position of the locking portion (39) toward one widthwise side from the center of the cavity (32), the preventing portion (70) provided at the other side is set to have an increased area of engagement with the tab (22).

摘要: A nitrous acid salt is added at a temperature of 10 to 80° C. to an aqueous solution which contains an optically active 2-aminocarboxylic acid (4) and a protonic acid, the amount of the latter acid being 1 to 3 equivalents to the former, and which has a proton concentration of 0.5 to 2 mol/kg to conduct a reaction to thereby produce an optically active 2-hydroxycarboxylic acid (1). Thionyl chloride and a basic compound are caused to act on the compound (1) to chlorinate it and simultaneously invert the configuration in the 2-position. Thus, an optically active 2-chlorocarboxylic acid chloride (5) is induced. The compound (5) is hydrolyzed to induce an optically active 2-chlorocarboxylic acid (2). The compound (2) is reacted with a thioacetic acid salt to incorporate an acetylthio group thereinto and simultaneously invert the configuration in the 2-position to thereby produce an optically active 2-acetylthiocarboxylic acid (3).
