    摘要: Provided is a paper-making machine belt (or a paper-making shoe-press belt), which is excellent in a wet-web water-squeezing property, which is stable in a paper quality (e.g., wet-web smoothness or marking property), and which has little damage (e.g., cracking or wear) of the outer circumference of the belt being used. The paper-making shoe-press belt carries a felt for accepting the squeezed water from the wet-web and has draining grooves extended in the felt-side surface. The paper-making shoe-press belt is characterized in that the draining grooves extended in the felt-side surface have at least two kinds of different groove shapes in the transverse direction (or the CMD direction) of the paper-making machine. The groove shape enables the grooves of two continuous and discontinuous kinds to share the functions thereby to satisfy the improvements in the drainage and in the paper quality and the wet-web surface smoothness at the same time.

    摘要: A belt for a shoe-press of a paper machine having water drain grooves which are resistant to the occurrence of cracks in side walls of the water drain grooves. The surface condition of the water drain grooves side wall is arranged to be a pear-skin state having minute unevenness. Preferably the surface has an average surface roughness in a range of 10 to 50 micrometers in at least the upper two thirds of the total distance (depth) of the side walls of the water drain grooves between the top of the groove and the bottom thereof. The water drain grooves can be manufactured by rotary cutting blades disposed in a position in contact with a roll around which a belt is wound. The roll and the rotary cutting blades rotate simultaneously and a groove cutting device is shifted in the width direction of the belt so that water drain grooves are formed in the belt. The belt running speed on the roll is set at 2 to 20 m/min, preferably 5 to 15 m/min, and rotation speed of the rotary cutting blades is set at 1,000 to 8,000 rpm.

In order to attain the above object, the high-precision sintered cam lobe part of the present invention is a sintered cam lobe part obtained by subjecting a sintering powder to compression-molding and sintering one time only or two or more times repetitively to make the powder into a predetermined form and by carrying out thermal refining of the resulting body as required, wherein the cam lobe part is made of an iron-based sintered alloy comprising one or both of 0.3 to 5.0% by weight of Ni and 0.2 to 4.0% by weight of Cu, 0.5 to 1.2% by weight of C and unavoidable impurities, which is balanced with Fe, and has a density of 7.3 g/cm3 or more, the hardness of the outer periphery of the cam lobe of 45 HRC or more and the rate of dimensional change from the molded body obtained in the final compressing process to the sintered body obtained in the final sintering process within ±0.5%.
