Abstract: A power system operation plan creation assistance device and method capable of maintaining or improving system stability or economy includes an optimization target snapshot power flow determination unit that uses one or more pieces of foundational information to determine an optimization target snapshot power flow. The foundational information includes a power generation plan, a total demand prediction, a sales plan, a renewable energy prediction, a work stoppage plan, system data, and a setting value. A system manipulation variable candidate extraction unit uses the one or more pieces of foundational information and the optimization target snapshot power flow to extract a candidate for a variable for a variable manipulating the system. An optimal system configuration calculation unit uses the one or more pieces of foundational information and the system manipulation variable candidate to calculate an optimal system configuration.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for supporting creation of a system plan to change a configuration of a power system including a power transmission system and a power distribution system. The system stores information on a configuration of the power transmission system and information on a configuration and a load of the power distribution system. The system determines, based on the information on the configuration and the load of the power distribution system, a load accommodation capacity between power distribution substations which indicates a power supply capacity allowed to be compensated for between the power distribution substations through a configuration change of the power distribution system. The system creates a system plan proposal including a change in system configuration of the power transmission system and the power distribution system based on the load accommodation capacity. The system outputs information on the system plan proposal to an output device.

Abstract: An electric power system management device generates a plan for connection of a renewable energy power supply indicating an electric power system equipment plan satisfying a predetermined constraint. A renewable energy power generation potential amount calculation unit divides a plan target region into mesh areas and analyzes region feature information related to each mesh area to calculate an electric power amount that is to be generated in each mesh area. A renewable energy power generation potential amount bus integration unit calculates a power generation potential amount of a bus when the renewable energy power supply is connected to the bus satisfying a predetermined distance standard for each mesh area, and system renewable energy power generation possible amount information indicating a generation possible amount of the system plan and an emission amount is generated by performing an optimization calculation to maximize the renewable energy power generation amount for the system plan.
