    摘要: A power system operation plan creation assistance device and method capable of maintaining or improving system stability or economy includes an optimization target snapshot power flow determination unit that uses one or more pieces of foundational information to determine an optimization target snapshot power flow. The foundational information includes a power generation plan, a total demand prediction, a sales plan, a renewable energy prediction, a work stoppage plan, system data, and a setting value. A system manipulation variable candidate extraction unit uses the one or more pieces of foundational information and the optimization target snapshot power flow to extract a candidate for a variable for a variable manipulating the system. An optimal system configuration calculation unit uses the one or more pieces of foundational information and the system manipulation variable candidate to calculate an optimal system configuration.

    摘要: A fault point locating device which estimates a fault point in an electric power system, is provided with: a variation range calculating means which obtains a range of variation of sensor values and a range of variation of an impedance of the electric power system, on the basis of the sensor values, which include measured voltage values and measured current values before and after the fault and which are measured using sensors installed in the electric power system, sensor errors representing error ranges of the sensors in relation to the sensor value measurements, said impedance, and an impedance variation parameter for determining the range of variation of the impedance; a combination creating means which creates combinations of values that the sensor values and the impedance value could attain; and a fault point locating means which calculates a fault point range representing distances from the sensors to the fault point.

A measuring device includes a measuring unit which performs measurement related to a power system, a storage unit which stores measurement values measured by the measuring unit, a parameter generator which generates a predetermined parameter indicating a probability density function of the measurement value from the plurality of measurement values stored in the storage unit, and a communication unit which sends the predetermined parameter generated by the parameter generator to an analysis support apparatus. The analysis support apparatus includes a communication unit which receives the predetermined parameter from the measuring device, and a probability density function generator which generates a probability density function of the measurement value from the received predetermined parameter.
