    Abstract: A hinge is provided for hingedly connecting an enclosure door to an enclosure body. The hinge can include a set of hinge leafs, which can include a first leaf and a second leaf, a pin, and a fastener. The pin can extend from the first leaf and can be removably receivable within a pocket in the second leaf. The pin can have a groove extending inward from and around the periphery of the pin and positioned between the proximal pin end and the distal pin end. The fastener can extend into the pocket and at least partially into the groove when the hinge is in a locked configuration, inhibiting the separation of the first and second leafs, and removed from the groove when the hinge is in an unlocked configuration allowing the separation of the first and second leafs.

    Abstract: An interlock system for an enclosure can include a power switch movable between an OFF position and an ON position with a defeater arm coupled to the power switch. The defeater arm can be selectively movable between a locked position and an unlocked position and when the defeater arm is in the locked position the power switch is prevented from moving from the OFF position to the ON position. An interlock can include a pivot bracket pivotally supported by a support bracket within the interior of the enclosure and movable between a first orientation, in which the pivot bracket is out of engagement with the defeater arm, and a second orientation, in which the pivot bracket displaces the defeater arm into the unlocked position. When the door is moved into a closed position from an open position, a door bracket displaces the pivot bracket into the second orientation.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a system and a method for mounting a panel within an enclosure. Using one or more sets of mounting blocks, the panel and a frame of the enclosure can be secured together in respective horizontal orientations, then collectively rotated to a vertical orientation. The one or more sets of mounting blocks can include a set of stop blocks, each including a respective tongue, and a set of slide blocks, each defining a respective recess when seated on a frame member of the enclosure frame. Each tongue can be configured to nest within a corresponding recess when the mounting blocks secure the panel to a corresponding frame member.
