摘要: An air conditioned enclosure can include an electronics enclosure with an internal electronics area and an air-conditioner opening into the internal electronics area and an air conditioner. The air conditioner can include an ambient-exchange housing that defines an exchange cavity including a first heat exchanger, a cooling enclosure including a mating surface and first walls that define a cooling cavity having a second heat exchanger, and the mating surface mounted to the electronics enclosure to provide a sealed perimeter around the air-condition opening with cooling cavity aligned for air exchange with the internal electronics area. The cooling enclosure can define a fluid connection between the ambient air exchange cavity and the cooling cavity including a fluid trap extending from the second heat exchanger along a trap height to capture and retain condensate from the second heat exchanger as a barrier to ingress from the exchange cavity into the cooling cavity.

A channel can have a top portion and a bottom portion, each including at least one attachment aperture. A first stiffener can include at least one aperture and a second stiffener can include at least one aperture. The channel can be rigidly secured to the manifold tube to provide structural support thereto relative to the server rack. The first stiffener can be at least partially received within the channel at the top portion, and the at least one attachment aperture of the top portion can be aligned with the at least one aperture of the first stiffener.

The server rack assembly can include a mounting and alignment interface coupled to the manifold and a rack support that can be coupled to the mounting and alignment interface. An equipment stop can be coupled to the rack support and can extend perpendicular to a side portion of the rack support. The equipment stop can be configured to prevent the electronics tray from being installed beyond a predetermined distance.

摘要: An interlock system for an enclosure can include a power switch movable between an OFF position and an ON position with a defeater arm coupled to the power switch. The defeater arm can be selectively movable between a locked position and an unlocked position and when the defeater arm is in the locked position the power switch is prevented from moving from the OFF position to the ON position. An interlock can include a pivot bracket pivotally supported by a support bracket within the interior of the enclosure and movable between a first orientation, in which the pivot bracket is out of engagement with the defeater arm, and a second orientation, in which the pivot bracket displaces the defeater arm into the unlocked position. When the door is moved into a closed position from an open position, a door bracket displaces the pivot bracket into the second orientation.

摘要: A thermal management system for an enclosure containing electrical components includes a cooling unit for controlling temperature inside the enclosure and a controller for the cooling unit, the controller being configured so that it can receive a three-phase power input signal and distribute power and control connected components using the three-phase signal. The controller can protect the compressor in critical scenarios such as thermal overload and overcurrent. The controller can output various faults such as missing phase alarm, imbalance phase alarm, overcurrent alarm, thermal overload alarm, door open alarm, and temperature and pressure alarms. An auto phase sequence correction controls the phase relay, accepting 3 phase 480 VAC power input from facility power terminal, supplying 3 phase power to the compressor and motor impellers, 12V DC power to a display unit, and 24V DC power to a remote access control module.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide a system and a method for mounting a panel within an enclosure. Using one or more sets of mounting blocks, the panel and a frame of the enclosure can be secured together in respective horizontal orientations, then collectively rotated to a vertical orientation. The one or more sets of mounting blocks can include a set of stop blocks, each including a respective tongue, and a set of slide blocks, each defining a respective recess when seated on a frame member of the enclosure frame. Each tongue can be configured to nest within a corresponding recess when the mounting blocks secure the panel to a corresponding frame member.
