The enclosure can have a center post having a first end and an opposite second end, the first end can include a first center post flange having a hole extending therethrough. The enclosure can include a gasket having a gasket hole therethrough, and a threaded fastener to threadingly engage the hole. The threaded fastener can be configured to rotate in a first direction while threadingly engaged with the hole, and the threaded fastener can contact the first enclosure flange to increase a distance between the first enclosure flange and the first center post flange in order to receive the gasket.

    摘要: An interlock system for an enclosure can include a power switch movable between an OFF position and an ON position with a defeater arm coupled to the power switch. The defeater arm can be selectively movable between a locked position and an unlocked position and when the defeater arm is in the locked position the power switch is prevented from moving from the OFF position to the ON position. An interlock can include a pivot bracket pivotally supported by a support bracket within the interior of the enclosure and movable between a first orientation, in which the pivot bracket is out of engagement with the defeater arm, and a second orientation, in which the pivot bracket displaces the defeater arm into the unlocked position. When the door is moved into a closed position from an open position, a door bracket displaces the pivot bracket into the second orientation.

The hole seal can include a stud coupled to and extending away from the plate, a gasket, a retaining member configured to engage an enclosure wall of an enclosure opposite the gasket, and a fastener. The fastener is configured to threadingly engage the stud and be advanced along the stud to urge the retaining member against the enclosure wall, thereby urging a peripheral extension of the plate into the gasket, via compression of the gasket against an exterior surface of the enclosure wall.

    摘要: A thermal management system for an enclosure containing electrical components includes a cooling unit for controlling temperature inside the enclosure and a controller for the cooling unit, the controller being configured so that it can receive a three-phase power input signal and distribute power and control connected components using the three-phase signal. The controller can protect the compressor in critical scenarios such as thermal overload and overcurrent. The controller can output various faults such as missing phase alarm, imbalance phase alarm, overcurrent alarm, thermal overload alarm, door open alarm, and temperature and pressure alarms. An auto phase sequence correction controls the phase relay, accepting 3 phase 480 VAC power input from facility power terminal, supplying 3 phase power to the compressor and motor impellers, 12V DC power to a display unit, and 24V DC power to a remote access control module.

    摘要: A thermal management system for an enclosure containing electrical components includes a thermoelectric cooling unit for controlling temperature inside the enclosure and a controller for the cooling unit, the controller being configured so that it can be installed within and protected by the enclosure, rather than requiring its own separate secure enclosure. The controller includes a simplified power management circuit that uses an input quick connector that receives a first cable connector for providing power to the circuit board, and an output quick connector that receives a second cable connector for supplying power from the input quick connector to the fan of the cooling unit. This one-in, one-out arrangement allows for the elimination of multiple hard-wired cable harnesses and the corresponding connectors on the circuit boards of existing controllers. The circuit board size is reduced, and terminal blocks eliminated, so that the controller can be installed inside the enclosure.
