Abstract: Visitor meeting registration and management is described herein. One device includes a user interface, memory, and processor to receive, from a user of the mobile device via the user interface, an invitation code associated with an invitation received by the mobile device for a meeting at a facility, display, on the user interface upon receiving the invitation code, a registration screen for the meeting, receive, from the user via the registration screen displayed on the user interface, registration information for the meeting, send the registration information to a computing device associated with the facility, receive, from the computing device, an identification mechanism for the user, provide the identification mechanism for the user to a visitor validation device at an entry point to the facility, and receive, from the computing device upon providing the identification mechanism to the visitor validation device, a digital badge for accessing the facility.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for using a light up feature of a mobile device to trigger door access are described herein. One mobile device for using the light up feature to trigger door access, includes a display, a processor, and memory, coupled to the processor, wherein the memory includes instructions executable by the processor to lock the mobile device when in sleep mode, turn the display off when the mobile device has been placed in the sleep mode and to turn the display on when the mobile device has been placed in light up mode but the device is not unlocked, transition a door access application from a low power state to a regular power state when the mobile device is placed in light up mode, and trigger the opening of a door based on a door access protocol once the application is in regular power state.

Abstract: Devices, methods, and systems for navigating an indoor area such as an indoor transit system using a mobile device are described herein. The method may include navigating a network of indoor pathways and a plurality of access points for entering/exiting the indoor pathways. The indoor pathways may be mapped and may include a plurality of beacons distributed at designated locations throughout the indoor pathways. The beacons may be detected using a mobile computing device and an indoor location of the mobile computing device may be determined and depicted on the map of the indoor pathways. The location of the mobile computing device may be used to determine a route from the location of the mobile computing device to a destination in or adjacent the mapped indoor pathways.
