    摘要: A pixel structure is provided. The pixel structure comprises a lower substrate with a transistor and pixel area; a first patterned conductive layer, which has a data line and a gate within the transistor area that is disposed on the lower substrate; a patterned insulator layer covering the first patterned conductive layer; an active layer disposed on the patterned insulator layer above the gate; a second patterned conductive layer with a gate line disposed on the patterned insulator layer, source and drain, wherein the source and the drain are disposed on the active layer; a pixel electrode disposed on the patterned insulator layer and electrically connected to the drain; a patterned passivation layer disposed on the patterned insulator layer, gate line, source, drain and pixel electrode; and a third patterned conductive layer, which has a data line connecting electrode, a gate line connecting electrode, at least one alignment electrode and a common electrode. The data line is electrically connected to the source through the data line connecting electrode; the gate line is electrically connected to the gate through the gate line connecting electrode; the alignment electrode is electrically connected to the pixel electrode; and a portion of the common electrode is disposed above the data line.

The pixel structure comprises a lower substrate with a transistor and pixel area; a first patterned conductive layer, which has a data line and a gate within the transistor area that is disposed on the lower substrate; a patterned insulator layer covering the first patterned conductive layer; an active layer disposed on the patterned insulator layer above the gate; a second patterned conductive layer with a gate line disposed on the patterned insulator layer, source and drain, wherein the source and the drain are disposed on the active layer; a pixel electrode disposed on the patterned insulator layer and electrically connected to the drain; a patterned passivation layer disposed on the patterned insulator layer, gate line, source, drain and pixel electrode; and a third patterned conductive layer, which has a data line connecting electrode, a gate line connecting electrode, at least one alignment electrode and a common electrode. The data line is electrically connected to the source through the data line connecting electrode; the gate line is electrically connected to the gate through the gate line connecting electrode; the alignment electrode is electrically connected to the pixel electrode; and a portion of the common electrode is disposed above the data line.

The first sensing series and the second sensing series are intersected. Further, each one of the first sensing series and each one of the second sensing series is electrically connected to one of the sensing signal transmission lines, respectively.

    摘要: A method of fabricating a touch panel is provided. A substrate having a touch-sensing region and a peripheral region is provided. A touch-sensing circuit layer including first sensing series, second meshed metal sensing pads, and peripheral circuits is formed on the touch-sensing region of the substrate. An insulating layer having first contact windows and second contact windows is formed on the substrate to cover the touch-sensing circuit layer. The first contact windows expose a portion of the second meshed metal sensing pads. A transparent conductive layer including second transparent bridge lines and transparent contact pads is formed on the insulating layer located in the touch-sensing region of the substrate. Each second transparent bridge line is electrically connected to two adjacent second meshed metal sensing pads through two first contact windows. Each transparent contact pad is electrically connected to the corresponding peripheral circuit through the second contact window.

The substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The sensing serials are arranged on the second surface and insulated from each other. Each sensing serial includes a plurality of sensing pads; a plurality of bridging lines, each connected with two adjacent sensing pads; a plurality of patterned conductive layers stacked and electrically connected with the sensing pads. The position of the patterned conductive layers is corresponding to the separated region. A touch-sensing liquid crystal display and a touch-sensing substrate are also provided.

    摘要: A fabrication method of a touch panel is provided. In the fabrication method, the two substrates are provided, and a plurality of touch units are formed on each of the substrates. A sealant and a plurality of first spacers are provided between the substrates, and the substrates are bonded through the sealant, so that the touch units are sealed between the substrates. The touch units and the first spacers are surrounded by the sealant. The substrates are thinned. The thinned substrates are cut into a plurality of sub-mounts separated from one another. Each of the sub-mounts has one of the touch units thereon.
