    摘要: A fabrication method of a touch panel is provided. In the fabrication method, the two substrates are provided, and a plurality of touch units are formed on each of the substrates. A sealant and a plurality of first spacers are provided between the substrates, and the substrates are bonded through the sealant, so that the touch units are sealed between the substrates. The touch units and the first spacers are surrounded by the sealant. The substrates are thinned. The thinned substrates are cut into a plurality of sub-mounts separated from one another. Each of the sub-mounts has one of the touch units thereon.

The touch-sensing substrate includes a first substrate, first touch-sensing electrodes, second touch-sensing electrodes, a dielectric layer and a black matrix. The first touch-sensing electrodes are parallel with each other and disposed on the first substrate. Each of the first touch-sensing electrodes has a plurality of first openings, respectively. Each of the second touch-sensing electrodes has a plurality of second openings, respectively. The second touch-sensing electrodes are intersected with the first touch-sensing electrodes. The black matrix is disposed between the first touch-sensing electrodes and the first substrate and is disposed between the second touch-sensing electrodes and the first substrate, wherein the black matrix has a plurality of pixel openings arranged in array. Each of the pixel openings is corresponding to one of the first openings or one of the second openings, respectively.

Moreover, since an adjacent transparent conductive layer and an assistant electrode layer are patterned to form the transparent sensing pads and the patterned assistant electrodes, a simplified pattern-transferring process can be applied to the transparent sensing pads and the patterned assistant electrodes, or bridge structures can be formed from the assistant electrode layer for electrically connecting between some transparent sensing pads. Therefore, the forming process is simplified.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a transflective liquid crystal display panel, which includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the first and second substrates, so as to constitute a plurality of pixels each divided into a transmission region and a reflective region. Within the reflective region, a first common electrode layer formed on the first substrate corresponds to both of a second common electrode layer and a pixel electrode layer formed on the second substrate, wherein the pixel electrode layer is exposed from a plurality of apertures formed on the second common electrode layer. This varies distribution of the electric lines so as to control tilts of the liquid crystals in the reflective region. By the tilts, a total retardation change value achieved in the reflective region can gradually reach consistent with a total retardation change value achieved in the transmission region. It means that transmittances of both regions can reach consistence with each other under the same driving voltage.
